I had called American restoration for them to replace a window in my girlfriends house, it took them two weeks to come look at it and then another two weeks to call me back to let me know they had to order it from the east coast. I called them after ten days for them to tell me it broke and they had to reorder it. (would have been nice of them to let me know) I called them this morning and they told me the window they ordered for me got broke again and told me to find someone else to take care of my window. I would not recommend these guys to anyone who wants there stuff done in a timely matter.

These guys are good. Very professional and do an excellent job of restoration. Took care of all the pictures for the insurance company. They're VERY fast workers. And it's VERY quality work. Would recommend to anyone.

Mold damage can be very difficult because often times the damage is done before there are any definite signs. I was devastated to find this problem in my basement from cracks in the foundation you couldn't even see. All American brought in their team of two of the best workers for a tough job. Having a fire was a scary deal but having All American Cleaning come in and take care of my house has been a very unstressful experience. Mike Davis said everything would be taken care of and he has done that 100%. Every one of his employees from the cleaning staff to the painters to the Granite counter top people were so curtious and helpful. they all had great professional skills and were very comforting in taking care of us. They were able to get in and get the smoke smell out and make everything as if the fire never happened! Thankyou for everything, you guys rock!

All American Cleaning & Restoration was recommended by our handyman for a difficult cleanup job. They were exceptional. Showed up the day I called, even though we live over an hour away, every person I dealt with was so professional. Given the circumstances and our immediate need for help, they could have charged us a lot more. They are very reasonable, quick responding, professional, and truly excellent in every way. I don't commonly write reviews, but felt this company really deserved it.

I didn't even get the chance to do business with them. I messaged them with a question. (cat peed on mattress) and they responded and told me it was basically impossible to clean. They didn't try to offer a solution or anything. I felt that my question was dumb and they didn't care. I'll figure out this mattress thing in my own , if that's how they are going to treat me. If that's how they deal with customers through a message I don't want to know how they would treat me in person

All American Cleaning and Restoration has taken care of floods and leaks for us for the past 30 + years. Each time has been great! Two tricky leaks were particularly difficult to find and repair. Fletch returned until the problem was solved and everything restored perfectly. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and concern both in Idaho Falls and Island Park. They took care of us and took care of our problems---it just doesn't get any better.

All American Cleaning & Restoration is amazing!! I went into our basement to get a suitcase because my pregnant wife was told to go to the hospital by her doctor, only to find our water heater had broke and was flooding the storage and main living room. I called Terri at All American, she handled everything. In an extremely stressful time in life. My wife was rushed to an operating room for an emergency C-section, by the time we got out of the O.R. and settled into a room, Terri had already texted and let me know they had cleaned up replaced the water-heaters and had fans drying our basement. By the time we got home the carpet pad was repaired, and carpet stretched. Within the week they had new baseboard, and paint. It was a great experience, in a time with so much uncertainty. All American definitely saved the day. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much guys.

I have been an assistant wrestling coach at the Snake River for almost 8 years. With hundreds of kids using the mats. All the sweat, blood and glitter from the cheerleaders the maintenance on wrestling mats can get away for you really fast. We had had an outbreak of skin funk that we couldn’t get on top of. After trying several different cleaning solutions over the past few years. The mats starting to get sticky and caused a few injuries. I called multiple cleaning and restoration companies for a solution. I got a lot of I don’t know, maybes and extremely high prices. The owner from All American call and offered a service he was confident about and a price that our club could afford. I then put them in a bad spot and asked to have it done on two days notice. The owner and his crew arrived exactly on time. After talking with them for a minute I started to get the impression they had certification or training due to everyone's knowledge of the product. (THEN THEY GOT AFTER IT) One of my main concerns was damaging the mats during cleaning. They used a buffer with soft pads and had no issues. Then they applied a disinfectant called Steramist. After stressing all day I got a phone call exactly when he said it would be finished and on time for us to start setting up for our youth tournament that night. We had multiple compliments throughout the night from parents and other coaches. We have had no issues with stickiness on the mats and our room has never smelled better. The product is awesome and the guys did an outstanding job. We will definitely be using this service again in the future.
