just had my carpets cleaned, they charged me diifferent for the rooms they cleaned based on the deal, they werent clear on the areas covered until after they were done, they didnt even clean all the floor areas in the room even when i asked to move the furniture, they didnt want to remedy the request that should have been simple, and they were hesitant to come back to reclean anything if i saw spots wick back up after it dried. A bit abrupt , not willing to spend time discussing my concerns and not very customer friendly. too many other options out there. go elsewhere.

Called to see if they do black light and was told no but they "Smell" it. Tenant claimed they had it cleaned by All American and was blacklighted. We called the next day to confront the guy and he went bullistic on the phone and started screaming and called us names. We had it on speaker with 4 people listening and the guy was soooo totally unprofessional. He changed his original invoice AFTER we told the tenant we would charge them to black light. When we asked him why his story changed, he kept screaming and claimed it was a property manager scam. Very bazaar behavior. Carpet was left extremely wet and lots of little things around that proved it was not vacuumed first. Remained dirty around vents and corners. We had a separate company black light and found urine spots. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. the guy will argue like crazy and change his stories. BEWARE!!!

I was very happy with my carpet cleaning experience. They were fast and good at what they do. My landloard sent some one over to clean my carpets as a condition to my lease. It took them a week to get here. They forgot me, ran out of time, etc when they were finished you couldn't tell they had been here. Carpet wasn’t even damp. When I confronted them they just said that the carpet was old and couldn’t be cleaned any better. It needed to be replaced!!! I was very happy with All American. Will defiantly use them again. Punctual, friendly and quick with a good outcome.

So we have a room that has cat urine in it we called all american carpet cleaning,they guaranteed that they could get rid of the urine/smell. Charged us 99.00 for one 8×10 room when they have a 5 room deal for 99.00 that we saw online after the fact. They came out and were done "cleaning" the carpet all in a matter of 10min. Was told to wait 72hrs so we can know for sure if everything was eliminated..which surprise surprise it wasnt! We called them back out to clean again and the second time the guy sprayed some stuff in one spot of the carpet and left, my husband asked what the product was and he didnt know-said it was a "disinfectant cleaner" what a joke! And they only have a two week guarantee mind you. Their not very customer friendly and just want to be in and out instead of doing the job right! We had to rent a rug doctor to clean the carpet instead! I would not recommend their services!

I hired All American Carpet Cleaning (AACC) to shampoo my brothers carpets prior to bringing home his premature infant from the NICU. I contacted AACC in regards to a Living Social deal ($49 for 4 rooms) wanted to confirm that they serviced the Ontario OR service area. I spoke with Ryan Christianson, the owner of AACC. I mentioned that a cat had got inside and sprayed/urinated behind the TV stand. Ryan convinced me into purchasing the $99 package as it included up to 5 rooms or 5 services which would cover the three rooms plus pretreat and protectant, which he highly recommended. He stated that they use medical grade cleaning solutions and given the situation that that would be best. I also asked about moving furniture as this is not my house and I would need help to move furniture prior to the clean. Ryan stated that was one of the bonuses of purchasing the $99 package was that it included furniture moving where the $49 Living Social deal did not. To confirm I asked to make sure he would move couches and end-tables and he said yes just move the small stuff. I scheduled the appointment for 3/30/17 between 3-4 pm. He contacted me around 1:45 on Thursday so I left work and met them at the house, paid and then headed back to work instructing them to lock up afterwards. I ran by the house after to ensure that the doors were locked and they were. My brother came home the following Saturday to put the house back together as a surprise for his girlfriend. He called me very upset as Ryan and his crew not only did not clean the carpets in the three rooms, but his girlfriends underwear drawer had been rifled through and his toilet was clogged with feces. There was no furniture moved and there was still garbage, pet food, and cat feces behind the TV. I contacted Ryan immediately and he argued that there was a miscommunication that he never agreed to move furniture and only focused on the high-traffic areas also denying using the bathroom. He offered a refund but never issued.

I was very happy with them. They let me know when they were on their way. They go out spots that I thought was impossible. It took a little longer to dry but that was probably because they had to run their machine a little longer on some high traffic areas. Also they are local & have been for 20 years.

Ryan the owner came out to my house and was in and out fast. The carpets were not cleaned with any detail leaving brown marks behind after waiting six hours to dry. This company doesn't vacuum and has no pride in the work they do. I called them back to fix the brown spots they left behind came back for 5 min and left even bigger stains, I was on my hands and knees spot cleaning these brown marks left behind and covered two towels with this brown residue. This company didn't apologize for the spots, they don't care about your carpet! I asked for a refund after he justified the mess he left behind and told me he would give me a full refund. So far haven't got my money back and he doesn't return my calls or answer them. Called another carpet cleaning company and they cleaned my carpets beautifully. All American will come in quick show no detail to your carpets ask for payment and disappear.

I originally called because my girls spilled dark purple slime on my living room rug which left a red streak after I cleaned it with my own rug cleaner. I called All American Carpet and they came to my house that same day! I had them do my whole down stairs and it looks awesome! They were fast and had good rates. I was able to get a same day cleaning. Friendly and courteous. Our carpets are cleaner for sure but there are still several spots that didn't come up. (The carpets werenoretty bad in some rooms)I don't know how well other cleaners would have done with them so I can't compare, but I was hoping for cleaner look when all was said and done. Maybe more time could have been spent on spot cleaning.

Very professional organization. They arrived when they said they would be there and were prepared. The 2 technicians worked well together and the machine was quiet and thorough. They spot cleaned for stains first and were finished in 10 - 20 minutes. The carpets look beautiful and we have already recommended them to our son when he needs his carpets cleaned next. Completely disappointed when it came to the bill. We purchased a Groupon and knew we would be a little over the sf. However, he then told us it would be an additional $121 for the remainder. He said you have to use the 4 rooms there is no splitting the square footage up. He tried to say I could ask for a Groupon refund and then purchase another one and he could do the do the whole house for significantly less than what I was paying. The whole deal was such a scam and I am completely disappointed! I will never be back and definitely will not be sending anyone their way.

We hired them to clean our shower with the steam cleaner. They are responsive and prompt in returning calls and showing up that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. However from the time they show up I was not impressed, Wet boots right out of the rain they have no regard for walking on your carpet with wet shoes, they drag the house around with NO finesse whatsoever, like a bull in a china closet. We had just refinished all the baseboards and doors and watching them drag the house all over the paint made me cringe every time… Upon completion of the cleaning it was not at all what I expected The mold still remained and there was very little noticeable difference in the shower, he explained to me what all I needed to done in order to get all the mold out. (I thought that is what I just paid you for? ) Definitely should have hired a different company, even though I showed my frustration in a tactful way there was absolutely no apology, no re-course no discount offered, nothing, Just a Sorry you mis understood, as he ran the card for the full price. All in all very disappointed and will not recommend this company to anybody.

I am extremely upset with company and will never use them again! The people that came over to clean the carpets went into the master closet which is behind the bathroom door. They yanked so hard on the hose to reach the carpet that they put a huge hole in my door! The door stopper ripped through the door and the frame. They didn't even tell me they did that either. I was very disappointed with the outcome, the gentleman that came in, was in and out quickly. Did not spend enough time cleaning the carpet, everything was done in less than an hr. Six rooms, two hallways and one staircase all done in one hour or less. It was clearly not cleaned. He came back after I expressed my concern. Once again he was in and out. Despite his before and after pics (I have them too) my carpet still looks awful. I was not expecting an amazing carpet afterwards BUT for the money spent I was at least hoping for a somewhat cleaned carpet. All I was left with was his attitude and wet smelly carpets. Money down the drain. I’m sorry I called this business, the advertising on their website is very misleading. The before and after pictures they have, made me feel they could handle the job. Not even close! I have had my carpet cleaned before by a different business and it was thoroughly cleaned no excuses there. Unfortunately that business was not available this time. Every time i pass the banister with the paint scraped off from the corrugated hose and look at the vacuum streaks and stiff velvet on my antique furniture i get ticked! Even over a year later i am remembering the muddy boot prints on my painted steps and bedroom floor after the crew left. Even though the owner seemed knowledgeable about the stain sources and came back to redo 90% of his work I remember how he complained about his crew member and the problems of carpet and furniture cleaning. I still have stains that remain. My suggestion is that if a coupon price includes substandard work, damage to painted surfaces, tracking mud around and whining then put that on the list of services so the consumer knows what they are getting in advance for that price.

The carpet cleaning looked great, however, when I checked on the empty apartment that had been locked up and the air conditioning turned off, the cleaner(s) had left the windows open and unlocked with out notifying me, as well as the air conditioning had been turned on and the bathroom fan was left on as well. For a service that goes into your home and states you do not have to be present, they changed things they should not have and left the apartment unsecured. I would not recommend them.

We were told that it would be $99 for heavy traffic areas in 3 room. We were charged $135., and the job was bad. There are not even any areas that show the marks from the cleaning wand. The carpets look exactly the way the did before. I would not use this company if you want your carpets to look clean and nice.
