I called A-1 Chem-Dry and requested Mario as he has done our carpets several time before. He came over and evaluated the situation. He got us fans to dry up the carpets padding as we had already used a wet vac the day before. He sprayed antimicrobials to prevent mold. When the carpets were dry he came back and cleaned the carpet and sanitized again. He was always on time, polite and explained every step of the way what needed to be done and why. The carpet odor was gone and our carpets were dry in about two hours. We intend to continue using their services.

They just came out and cleaned our carpet, the serviceman left less than an hour ago. We had some mold damage to the carpet in our basement due to a slow water leak. A1 staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the serviceman helped me pick which options were best for my carpet.
