Reflecting on previous experiences, Oahu Chem-Dry is at the tip of the spear for Oahu's carpet, floor and upholstery cleaning industry. As a military family of five with pets, it's important to keep the floor of our home clean, free of allergens and residual cleaning chemicals. It's also important to leave our home when renting just as clean for the next tenants. This was my first experience using Oahu Chem-Dry and I have never been more satisfied. Other businesses have left me feeling frustrated and at a loss. Oahu Chem-Dry was friendly and professional in both appearance and process. Malama 'Aina Chem-Dry Waipahu, HI 96797 Carpet cleaning service Christa Bethel 111 points a day ago I had scheduled with this Chem Dry to have my stairs cleaned before I open an in home daycare. When I first contacted them, they NEVER called me. They just texted me back, it was so unprofessional. I attempted to schedule, OVER TEXT, and was contacted back days later because the person (still do not know if this was the owner or another employee) was "at the beach". I get it, this is Hawaii, but I was trying to reach a business to acquire a service. He then messaged me at almost 9 o'clock at night, the night before my appointment, to tell me that they were having a vehicle problem and were not coming and that he could send someone from a different company over the weekend. Again, this was done over a TEXT. I was not even worth a professional phone call to this person in order to cancel. This was, by far, the least professional business I have ever contacted. They also have a minimum charge. So I was going to be paying $140 for a set of stairs. This was the only service I needed. Just having my stairs cleaned. I was told there was a "military discount" but the person clarified that I was not entitled to the discount because it would bring me under their minimum charge. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
