Very good and professional business. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Definitely would recommend!

I’m sure the ladies do a great job with cleaning but the way this place is ran isn’t so great if you’re an employee. First off, being paired to ride with others isn’t such a great idea, especially if that person is a smoker. If you’re a driver there is always the risk of being sued by the passenger if you were to ever get into an accident. Employees should have the rights to says “No.” without being looked at funny. With that being said... This is a family company which means it will not last very long so don’t plan on retiring from here. Sooner or later they’re either going to sell out or close down. With the low pay rate I’m not surprised that they’re still hiring.

In May 2018 i started working for Dirt Finders. I did orientation and a drug test. Due to the bosses poor scheduling i had to come back a week later. When i came back a week later for training , I had to go do another drug test. During the time of orientation and training their communication skills were not good. May, 24th 2018 i started my first day at work. That morning the boss stormed out because she was upset with another employee. Which is beyond unprofessional. The family owned company has it where they’re employees to be scheduled drivers. I got stuck with an older lady who is a chain smoker. Me, personally, i am not a smoker. I’ve been smoke free my whole life. So being stuck in a car with a chain smoker definitely made the day worse. I work from 8am til 3pm. During these 7 hours i never officially got any breaks or a lunch. They considered eating in a hot car from one site to another a lunch. On top of that, you have to keep your lunch in a hot car. If you’re new, you get stuck cleaning only the bathrooms. The other employees you work with don’t really help train you. Whether or not you actually get to eat they still deduct 30-45 minutes for a lunch; that you never took. I would NOT RECOMMEND working for this company! This company is unprofessional!

No Way! I responded to an ad on indeed that listed the position for $13- $15 an hour. I went over personally to apply to the position. I even listed the position and the amount desired on my application. I went through the drug test, and background check (which I really doubt that a background check was completed because I’ve lived in 5 different states so a background check for me always takes between 7- 10 business days). I was called the same day and asked to come in for orientation the following week. I went in to find out that not only the position only pays $10 an hour but I have to carpool with someone. In my own vehicle I should have the option to say when and if I want to chauffeur someone else around. I understand the mileage reimbursement BUT I’VE NEVER HAD A POSITION THAT ACTUALLY REIMBURSED ME MY MONEY. They always made excuses. I HATE CAR POOLS! I’ve been burned too many times. Besides, If I was to ever get into an accident that passenger could file a lawsuit against me. I would rather use separate vehicles. I am not a smoker. I like to drive in silence. I don’t even use my radio. As a mother my car time is the only alone time I get.
