I had the carpets cleaned in 11 rooms plus two hallways and stairs. I also had the tile floors cleaned in the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and a bathroom. Two days, one for carpets, one for tiles. The two men who came work hard! Some of the rooms had stains on the carpets and I was thinking of having them replaced. The stains are gone! With the "chemdry" method, carpets were dry in a couple of hours. In humid Manoa, I didn't want to wait for carpets to dry from alternate "steam" methods. I made the right decision. The tile floors are like new. I am going to have them come back again to clean the wall tile in the bathrooms above the tubs. It is great to have such a clean house!

Aloha Chem-Dry are hands down the best! Called them on Monday and they were at my house on Wednesday morning. Took half of the time doing 4 bedrooms, stairs, and a den compared to other companies I have used in the past; and 100 percent better than other companies! My carpet looks brand new and my not even any signs of pets! I will definitely use them again in the future, price was even reasonable for the size of each room.

My appointment was to have my furniture cleaned. They arrived on time, did a great job and the difference in the furniture was remarkable! I was worried about it being damaged but the process was quite gentle and they don't saturate it with water. Plus, it doesn't stink of chemicals when they are done. While cleaning they discovered one of the pieces had some serious termite activity that I hadn't noticed. Serious kudos to them for giving me a heads up on that which saved the rest of my furniture! They we're friendly and very professional. Not the cheapest cleaning in town, for sure. But well worth it. What a great experience!

This was my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. We have two dogs and my wife had been cleaning our carpets with a Bissel carpet cleaner which ended up leaving dark stains on the carpet. Our big dog made a mistake so figured I'd call a pro to clean the carpet and hopefully get rid of the urine smell. The only thing I was hoping for was the urine smell be removed. They ended up deep cleaning the carpet, removed the smell, and removed the dark stains the bissel left behind. They also removed a blue stain left by a marker I had dropped. My carpets looked like the day we moved in. I was completely impressed with thier service and professionalism. Additionally, I suffered a brain injury and cannot walk with out assistive devices and they moved my furniture off the carpets for me! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets professionally cleaned!

Dwight is so awesome! I had heard they removed stains but I couldn’t believe the stains in my carpets he removed. I have two dogs that peed for months so the carpet was severely damaged and I don’t know what Dwight did but it was surely magic! I would highly recommend Aloha a chem!! The condo we just got to was badly stained. I researched carpet cleaners and Aloha Chem-Dry got really good reviews for removing heavy stains. We are beyond pleased with the job Steven did on the entire condo carpets and sofa/love seat. I would highly recommend you hire Dwight and have your carpets cleaned right the 1st time. The stairs and entire condo had heavy soiling and there was a lot of pet urine stains from a previous tenant. Our guys had hired another company and said they had it cleaned. Wow, I don't know who they used but they shouldn't be in business. After Aloha Chem-Dry cleaned our condo it looks fabulous! Mahalo!!!

I recently got a new puppy and having to puppy pad train him was stressful! He peed everywhere!!!! After a month, it got so bad my room started to smell terrible! -___- So that's when I did some research on carpet cleaning and found Aloha Chem Dry. I seen the great reviews and thought I'd give them a shot. It was a Thursday when I called to schedule a cleaning for the upcoming weekend. I spoke with Dwight, he was able to set up an appointment that Saturday morning at 9. He was very professional and kind..it seemed like he really cared about my concerns. He gave me all the different options so I went with the one he recommended. Steven came right on time! He was very professional and friendly! I was actually finishing up moving the last of the furniture and he was kind enough to offer a hand! He finished the living room and bedroom within an hour. The house and bedroom smelt fresh and the carpet looked brand new again!!!!! I'm one happy girl!!!! I can no longer smell dog pee and the traffic tracks are gone!!! I am definitely going with them again! The price is reasonable and the service is great! I highly recommend them to everyone! Dwight has cleaned all my properties since about 2007 and I was very pleased. There was one time he was not available and I had to use another Chem-Dry company which was cheaper. Not a good idea at all. You can see the difference in Dwight and Linda's service and the carpet was noticeable NOT AS CLEAN as Dwight would do have done it. The carpets look better than they did when I moved in! Dwight and his team are miracle workers! They took the time to conduct a timely estimate, gave great advice on which rooms needed deep clean versus just a basic clean, and offered a discount for military. We received a full reimbursement of our deposit because Aloha Chem Dry did such a fantastic job. Our acres of carpet (1600 square feet) pretty much need a deep clean in most of the rooms because it hadn't been done in the 4 years we lived at our current residence. The cost was $1000, which might seem really pricey; however, I am not under any illusion that this carpet was brand new. Dwight and his team earned every penny. Dwight came out and did a thorough estimate before hand and there were no surprises. He even provided recommendations for which rooms only needed basic cleaning versus deep cleaning. Integrity is something missing in many business practices -- but Dwight has a lot of it and didn't try to snow us with the price or his recommendations! Everything was above board. Dwight, Stephen, and Linda were kind, professional, timely, efficient, and they definitely know what they are doing. Thanks so much for your hard work! We've recommended you to all of our friends.
