Originally installed Brinks Broadview system in 2009. ADT bought them out. 2017 keypad fails. ADT said I have no maintenance plan and wants $90 for the first 30 min. $25 for every 15 min after that. They own the equipment, not me. They should fix their stuff. I pay $411 each year, they should come fix it.

Set up an appointment through the website chat which was great! Unfortunately that was the best part. Rep showed up to look at our company's system and to give a quote on cameras but we never heard anything back. I even reached out and left a voicemail but still no response. We've since moved on to a different company.

I tried to cancel the service as I am in the 30 day window to cancel. I called and was transferred 8 times. Their system dropped the call 2 times. ADT attempted to upsell me even though I told them all I wanted to do was cancel the service. I finally got an email address to send the cancellation note to: amscresicancels@adt.com. You need produce a letter and list your address and account number. Then sign it, scan it and send it to the email above. I went online and deleted my credit card information for the recurring payment. I tried to call but the transfers kept happening again. So I changed the credit card info so it will not go through anymore. I don't know why a company like this would have such poor service. Why not put a link online if the client is in the 30 day window and let them cancel the service if they want to. It is such poor service.

I am currently on hold for 1 hour 39 mins to have someone to tell me why the system is not working. These ppl have thee worst support system I have ever seen! Im going to throw it in the trash and have AT&T install one. HUGE waste of money and time. DONT make the same mistake I did.....

Steve Emmer at ADT took care of every aspect of my business's security system concerns. He "tailored" it to my exact requests and completely delivered with a package at a price that was within my budget while satisfying all my requests. I wasn't expecting to be so happy with my system, but I am very pleased with the entire process. Thanks Steve!

Safe-Streets/ADT sold a security system to my elderly father by preying on his fears of a home invasion, after spending over $7,000 on the system that he couldn't operate and was unable to get anyone's assistance, they presented him with a written contract stating that he owned the system, and they would not take it back and he would still have to pay for a 2-year contract which he cancelled. He had them take the equipment out and upon having done so, they left it on his doorstep... Stating he owned it, I cannot recommend anyone use this company for their home security system and I would recommend any purchases be placed on a credit card so you have an option to cancel when they fail to provide the service that will meet your expectations!

Not sure if it was your location but some A-hole just rang my doorbell at 8pm and woke my daughter up. Then had nothing but bad stuff to say about our “fake security system” we currently have xfinity and then when I said I had to leave he walked off with this statement “good luck with your fake security system”. ADT who the F are you hiring? And ringing doorbells at 8pm? Come on. Never going to get my business due to this sales person.
