The experience was great. The Zerorez rep showed up on time, we walked through the house and determined what was to be done, he showed me the work order with the final price, he gave me an estimate of the time it would take, he asked me if I was blocking anyone by parking in my driveway. He then cleaned each room thoroughly and had me review what he did when each room was completed. He was very professional throughout which made the experience great.

Though they said that the initial inspection showed a less than expected need for the duct cleaning, I decided to have them do it anyway as 1) they were already here and 2) they seemed to be honest in their evaluation. I’m glad I did as the air seems cleaner already, possibly by the placebo effect. The two gentlemen that serviced my HVAC really did a great job. I would readily have them back in my home anytime.

Asked if I was satisfied and encouraged me to check his work after each room. I heard an ad over the radio and decided to give them a try. I have not been more excited about carpet cleaning. 6 hours later my carpets are almost completely dried. Seriously pay the extra money and don't look back.

What ever you do, DO NOT send your valuable area rugs to this company. Our beautiful Panel Kirman has been irreparably damaged and the company takes Zero responsibility. This rug will cost over $7500 to replace. To add insult to injury, they charged $425 to destroy it! Please do not allow them to harm you!

Our condo building had so many blocked vents due to missing covers and bird’s nests. I highly recommend using them and will be calling them yearly to handle our vent cleaning from now on!!

I've waited two weeks to write this review in hopes that Zerorez would follow up with me regarding my concerns during my upholstery service. It's amazing how I received text messages and phone calls to confirm my service but no one called me back even after I reached out twice and promised a call back from a manager. I had my fabric sofa cleaned. The tech showed up on time (this is the only positive) and asked me several questions about how my sofa was previously cleaned. He decided on the dry cleaning. I informed him that when previously cleaned it was damp and must have been cleaned with water. He then does a white towel test on a chair he didn't cleaned. Why would anyone test dirty furniture. I asked him to test the furniture he had cleaned to prove it was clean. Well he did, and it was still dirty. He proceeded to clean with the empowered water in less than 10 minutes. Is it clean now? I have no clue and no follow-up. It cost me $165. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience.

The technician was late, apparently his GPS took him to a different location but nobody called to tell us this. 40 minutes after they said that he would be here, we called and they said he was only 15 minutes away because it was the wrong address but he was still nearby. The math just doesn't work on that. After he arrived he tried to say that the space was larger than it was in the initial quote but he would save us some money because he was late oh, so tried to tell us a different number. The problem was it was the same value as the quote oh, he was just trying to say it was for a different reason.

Work performed is excellent with no residue left in carpet. Furniture and floors were protected during the work period. Now once it dries I may notice them slightly as any prior treatments I've done may rise to surface, but I nothing so far. Super pleased! I prefer this method of cleaning because you are left with great results & no chemical matting like other companies. My mom had multiple rooms cleaned before she had important guests come to town. They up-charged her $80 a room for some enzyme spot cleaning that helps remove all the spots apparently. The guy came and finished everything in less than 30 minutes. He didn’t go over anything twice, missed so many spots and lied to my mom about “water spots” on the ground that would dry away clear. He did an awful job and the carpets looked the same after they dried. She took multiple pictures and emailed them asking for her money back. They refused and only gave her $80 back. She spent $450! Horrible service that ruined my moms guest visit. They refused to make things right and they gave awful service! The guy rushed out of here because she was his last customer for the day and he had somewhere to go. I will be posting this all over every business site and having all my friends share this awful experience. Do not use this company as they do not care and do a terrible job!

We had a terrible experience using Zerorez. They gave us a window of 12-3, and they did not arrive until after 5 PM. There was also no contact to alert us of being 2 hours behind schedule until we made contact with them first. When the technician arrived, he had almost finished one room when is vacuum wand broke. I started to feel sorry for him, and he was the one silver lining of this horrible experience. He called his office, and they could not get a wand to him within an hour and a half. We asked them to place us at the first time slot the next day since things went so bad initially. At first, they couldn't do that either but finally conceded and put us in at 8-8:15AM the next day. The next day went much smoother except for fact our tech showed up after 9 AM. After calling with all our issues, they offered $25 off a job that totalled around $500. I personally considered that a flippant gesture. They then raised it to $50 off, no service fee, and one room free. This was fair considering all of the issues, but our bill only showed $50 off. There is a clear lack of communication and a seeming indifference towards making things right when it comes to customer care. In my opinion, I would use someone else the next time.

Not only did 99% of the stains come up, the pile is standing as well. What was even more amazing is that I thought the carpet was tan and it's actually a grey blue color!
