Tomas arrived early after calling to make sure it was okay. He was very polite and explained everything he would do before starting. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors before coming into my home. He proposed using a recycled pad that would be attached to my rugs at Zerorez after cleaning at a reasonable price. I was pleased with the pickup process. Can't wait for the return of my 5 rugs to see the results of Zerorez's performance.

I used zerorez because Taylor from 104.7 The fish recommended I should use zerorez. However, after they were done cleaning our carpets, they dumped the chemicals into our lawn which killed a patch of grass. But no worries, because they gave me a $25 gift card because that will help with my $600 cleaning bill.

I scheduled air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning 3 days before sinus surgery. I wanted to come home to a clean house for recovery. Boy was I wrong! I paid $600 total for both services and had a horrible experience. When I scheduled the service I explained that I was having sinus surgery and wanted to be sure all debris in the air ducts would be cleaned out and not land in my townhouse for me to have to clean up. I was assured that would be the case. I was also told that they take a video of the air ducts before and after. I relayed all this to the techs when they arrived and they told me the video was no good and that sales should stop saying it was going to be done. They also said there was no such thing as an air duct cleaning that had to dust left behind, but they assured me it would be minimal and hardly even noticeable. The techs also said it would be contained to the areas below the return vents and none would come out of air vents. Nothing could be further from the truth. I spent the next 2 days straight dusting, vacuuming, hand washing my wood floors to get up as much of what fell out of my return vents and air ducts throughout my house. The dryer vent cleaning was no better. They cleaned the dryer vent from the outside and when they couldn't get all he lint cleared they opened up the connection behind the dryer to blow outward to clear the blockage. They cleared the blockage by blowing it INWARD. I had lint clinging to every inch of the walls in my washer/dryer closet. After they left I realized that 8 of 12 shower curtain hooks and my new broom were missing after they left. I responded to the Zerorez survey with all this information and here is what they offered: We will be happy to send 2 more techs out to be sure your ducts were cleaned and we will reimburse you for the shower curtain hooks and broom. Oh and we will have internal meetings about this. If you don't mind paying $600 for a mess in your house, go ahead and hire Zerorez!

WOW! I have two dogs (one puppy) and was planning to get new carpet but figured this was cheaper and I could get one more year out of the current carpet. Steve was amazing!! Their techs showed up on time and prepared to work. They performed a walk through with me and fully explained what I should expect. Though they said that the initial inspection showed a less than expected need for the duct cleaning, I decided to have them do it anyway as 1) they were already here and 2) they seemed to be honest in their evaluation. I’m glad I did as the air seems cleaner already, possibly by the placebo effect. The two gentlemen that serviced my HVAC really did a great job. I would readily have them back in my home anytime.

UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE My carpets were horrendously staind Because of all the dogs that I pet sit for. You never would have convinced me that any of the stains would have been able to have been removed let alone that my carpet would have looked like the day it did when I moved into my condo. Damien William's Was my technician and he explained everything he was going to do and pretty much told me what my carpet would look like after he finished and he was as nice and as personable as you would ever want a service provider to be 5 star recommendation and I will use them again exclusively and more specifically I will use Damien again exclusively!!!!

The technician was late, apparently his GPS took him to a different location but nobody called to tell us this. 40 minutes after they said that he would be here, we called and they said he was only 15 minutes away because it was the wrong address but he was still nearby. The math just doesn't work on that. After he arrived he tried to say that the space was larger than it was in the initial quote but he would save us some money because he was late oh, so tried to tell us a different number. The problem was it was the same value as the quote oh, he was just trying to say it was for a different reason.

I've waited two weeks to write this review in hopes that Zerorez would follow up with me regarding my concerns during my upholstery service. It's amazing how I received text messages and phone calls to confirm my service but no one called me back even after I reached out twice and promised a call back from a manager. I had my fabric sofa cleaned. The tech showed up on time (this is the only positive) and asked me several questions about how my sofa was previously cleaned. He decided on the dry cleaning. I informed him that when previously cleaned it was damp and must have been cleaned with water. He then does a white towel test on a chair he didn't cleaned. Why would anyone test dirty furniture. I asked him to test the furniture he had cleaned to prove it was clean. Well he did, and it was still dirty. He proceeded to clean with the empowered water in less than 10 minutes. Is it clean now? I have no clue and no follow-up. It cost me $165. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau about my experience.

Zerorez just loves taking care of the customer...until you have a problem. Last week I posted my dissatisfaction with their response to a problem I had after they cleaned my area rugs. Shortly after I posted my 1-star review I received a call from a Zerorez rep who apologized for "dropping the ball." He told me that he would have a hardwood floor expert call me to resolve the problem . I still have not received a call. In addition, someone at Zerorez quickly removed all the Google reviews. I expect this review will also be short lived. The bottom line: they do good work until you have s problem and then you are left to waste your time getting a resolution. If I don't get resolution soon, then I'm going to share my concern with about 700 homes using the Next Door app.

She displayed an excellent work ethic and did and wonderful job on our carpets, some area were heavily soiled and now are very clean and look almost new. Amber did a very professional job. Zerorez is an excellent company for carpet cleaning. Transparent on fees, very good communication about appointments, who is coming and verifying 20-30 ahead of arrival. Work performed is excellent with no residue left in carpet. Furniture and floors were protected during the work period. The technician went over what would work best to preserve the clean carpets in the period that the last remaining moisture dried. Highly recommended.

Sad part is, they told me they would clean it but didn't. Would NOT recommend. Also never saw after photos and the kid would not let me see what I was signing off on.

This is the worst carpet cleaning company that I have ever had. Their technician is unprofessional and they did not do their job right. The technician is late for an hour which makes him spent only 30 minutes for carpet cleaning so that he can get off work at 5 pm. Very unprofessional customer service after I complained my situation to the company. They are not trying to solve the issue but just keeping saying it is acceptable and I should deal with it. Not recommend to anyone who need a professional cleaning service company.

Eric Daranyl and Daniel were absolutely fabulous. They were on time and super courteous. Our carpet was at least 30 years old when we moved in. No pile left. Stains completely covered the floors. To be honest, we didn't expect hardly any of the stains to even lighten, we just wanted them clean. Needless to say my mouth fell open the first time I saw them. Not only did 99% of the stains come up, the pile is standing as well. What was even more amazing is that I thought the carpet was tan and it's actually a grey blue color! I would highly recommend to anyone especially if you are considering replacing your carpets first.

We had a great experience. We just bought a home and wanted the carpets fresh. Zerorez stayed in contact, messaging the day before our scheduled date to confirm, and 15 mins before tech arrived. Cole was great and was knowledgeable about carpet and about the products used. It took ours about 45 mins,(1500 sq ft) and we are pleased with the results. Smells fresh and feels good. Also all minor stains come out without any extra treatment. Money well spent.

We had a terrible experience using Zerorez. They gave us a window of 12-3, and they did not arrive until after 5 PM. There was also no contact to alert us of being 2 hours behind schedule until we made contact with them first. When the technician arrived, he had almost finished one room when is vacuum wand broke. I started to feel sorry for him, and he was the one silver lining of this horrible experience. He called his office, and they could not get a wand to him within an hour and a half. We asked them to place us at the first time slot the next day since things went so bad initially. At first, they couldn't do that either but finally conceded and put us in at 8-8:15AM the next day. The next day went much smoother except for fact our tech showed up after 9 AM. After calling with all our issues, they offered $25 off a job that totalled around $500. I personally considered that a flippant gesture. They then raised it to $50 off, no service fee, and one room free. This was fair considering all of the issues, but our bill only showed $50 off. There is a clear lack of communication and a seeming indifference towards making things right when it comes to customer care. In my opinion, I would use someone else the next time.

Our technician was very personable and did a great job. The space was approximately 900 square feet of carpet with some heavy staining in some areas, and even though the carpet is still drying I can see he did a good job on the stains. We truly got a you a great deal on the price for the square footage and condition of the carpeting.

Mike Jones is the best tech I've had to service my carpet in years. He provided need to know tips before getting started. I love my house all over again.
