I'd never used a cleaning "service" before - only occasionally had someone come in when we were entertaining and needed a good cleaning. Since having S&S regularly come to my home, I've found many advantages to having such a professional and trustworthy service. Raina has hired and trained a wonderful staff - both cleaning and administrative. It's not only a company I feel good about supporting but every time I come home after the "Sparklers" have been there, I break into my happy dance!

We have been long time clients of Sponge and Sparkle. Their entire team goes above and beyond in their efforts to deliver a best of breed service experience! They send text and email reminders prior to our cleanings so we are reminded of the delight that we will be walking into a better environment when we arrive home from work! They are continually communicating with their clients to gather feedback on what they are doing well and what they could improve upon. Sadly, I don't ever have much useful to offer as we are always thrilled with the service they deliver. I wish 5% of other businesses I interact with provided the type of service that Sponge and Sparkle does....because they GET it right!!

A great cleaning service! We’ve used this company for over 10 yrs and at 2 addresses. They do a great job, the office is organized and communicates well, and they are reliable. They really pay attention to our preferences. As best as I can tell, it is a woman-owned business with good employee retention, and I have seen some women who cleaned our house get promoted internally. Giving my business to a locally company that plays a positive role in our community matters to me. I have happily referred many people over the years.

I had two cleanings done. First one was great and I thought that I finally found "the" company. Second cleaning they called during the apt time and asked to move it later. As inconvenient as it was to move around my schedule with my baby... I said ok because things happen and I understand. That cleaning was not satisfactory with many missed items - obvious stuff too - and it was short. I figured maybe they were in a rush because someone called out, etc. Third time I cancelled for good because they tried to reschedule my cleaning for later in the day...and it was just not going to work, as I had just spent all morning out of the house, skipped baby's nap, and needed to get back home. The company seemed really good for the first cleaning, so it's a shame the second cleaning was not good - so maybe it depends on who you get and who you speak to...and maybe works better if you don't need them to come around a planned time window. So maybe recommend, maybe not - but I plan to find someone else because the last minute changes do not work for me.

If you want your house to sparkle, call these folks! They have been cleaning my house for four years and clean from the crown molding down to the wood floors. They use organic cleaning products, so you don't have to worry about any nasty residue. They show up on time, every month and do a thorough job. Love, love, love their service.

As previously mentioned, excellent customer service. Sponge and Sparkle has been cleaning our place for a while now, since they cleaned at our old place and we've been at our new place for 18 months. I've been present when they've come, and they've always been extremely friendly. I don't always feel that the house is spotless after they're done, but admittedly, I've got ridiculous standards for cleaning, and I live in an older house with plenty of accumulated stains that only the most corrosive of cleaning materials could remove. But the house smells fresher, the layer of dust is removed, the bathrooms are shiny, and all the spots are gone from the stove top, so it's clean. And I love that I can come home to this smell without having to work for it myself. I attribute my ridiculous standards to my mother's extremely frugal nature that makes me feel guilty about spending money on anything that I could do myself, coupled with my dislike of having my stuff moved or touched from the places that I leave it. It's hard for me to deal with any cleaners, since there's a lot of stuff moved in the process of cleaning. Thank goodness Cindy always calls the day before to remind me so that I can put everything where I'll be able to find it before they come to clean. There's a comment card left after each visit, and when I checked "neutral" instead of "positive" or "negative", I received a call from Cindy asking what could be done better. They really do care! At the end of the day, the house is cleaner than it was, and I get more time with J and C, so it's worth it. Just don't tell my mom!

I just had my first cleaning by Sponge and Sparkle and I am so happy! My place is tiny so it took me awhile to pull the trigger on this type of service but I am so glad I did. I came home today to a clean home that smelled really nice due to their environmentally friendly cleaning products. I love that this is one thing I don't have to do anymore!

Absolutely do not use these people. I wish I had researched before ATTEMPTING (because they no call no showed lol) to book an appointment with them. Communication is sketchy, good luck talking to an actual person. DON'T DO THE GROUPON DEAL, THEY WON'T SHOW UP TO CLEAN YOUR PLACE. Run fast and far people.
