We had stand pipe overflow under our hardwood floors, causing damage in the main hallway, coat closet, master bedroom, and living room of our condo. I have utilized ServPro commercially in the past, but they were recommended by State Farm for remediation services for this residential issue as well. Scheduling couldn't have been simpler, with Reggie and Tevin arriving within 24 hours. Not only were they prompt with the appointment, but they were able to assess and begin immediate remediation. I was expecting the impact of their work to be much greater, but they were able to remove the damaged sections of flooring, clean and prep the area, and place the drying equipment with no disruptions at all. I would highly recommend ServPro and their services, and if you live in this area, make sure to ask for Reggie and Tevin. Extremely professional and great to work with.

The technician came to check the water damage. They know what they are doing and very efficient to put the blower and dehumidifier in the area that’s needed. They took the wetted and damaged particleboard under the carpet not just drying the surface of the carpet. So far I am satisfied with what they are doing.

I decided to play Plumber one Saturday and ended up in a mess. Immediately I called ServPro and after speaking with a Customer Service Agent she informed me someone would be out in less than 2 hours. David and Bradley were the Technicians that took care of me. They were very professional and explained to me what they were going to do, which was take out a small portion of insulation and leave the dehumidifiers, fans, etc. going for 24-hours before deciding to demo. I appreciate their Customer Service, knowledge and diligent work and hopefully there won’t be a need to demo. Fingers crossed

After a bad experience with different company for my water damage, I ended up switching to SERVPRO to get the job done. It was already 8pm and Reggie and his partner (Alvin?) Came in with smiles and got right to work. They explained everything as they went and answered all questions we had. They minimized any more damage so we could still be comfortable living in our home with no worries while work is being done. I would definitely recommend these guys as a go-to company if needed!
