I would never use ServPro in the future. Unfortunatley, I didnt have a choice as my condo chose to work with them due to water damage to several condo units. They are very focused on getting a check from your insurance company and less focused on making sure you as the customer understand the process, next steps and complete cost. I constantly had to reach out to understand a status with several instances where no one would even respond. Additionally, there were a couple of times I was informed of work done AFTER it was completed and was obligated to pay for the service. After this happened and the abatement was complete, I refused to let them continue with making repairs to my apartment which if I didn't ask very detailed questions, would not have understood that I can chose whichever contractor I wanted in order to make the repairs. When this feedback was provided, they responded with a self righteous and arrogant attitude I have never witness from any service provider. The only 5 star process and people I encountered was after my repairs were completed by an outside contractor. It was the team who moved back my items that were in storage. That team was very responsive and had great customer service skills. Stay away if you can from ServePro

We came home to a flood at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night and were completely lost on what to do. The SERVPRO techs were out in under 2 hours stabilizing the situation and beginning demo work. They were fast, professional and supportive during this chaotic time. Due to their response to our flood, we chose them to coordinate our restoration work. Karl, the project manager, was incredible to work with and kept the subcontractors working and our insurance agent informed. I hope to never have to go through this again, but if I do, SERVPRO will be who I call!

Servpro came out to help with a sink overflow that caused water damage to the ceiling below. They came out the same afternoon that I called, and the entire process was professional and efficient. They gave thorough explanations of all of their recommendations and of all of their work each step of the way. They advised me in dealing with my homeowners insurance and were present to meet with my adjustor. Everyone I dealt with at SERVPRO was courteous, professional, and knowledable. My project manager, Jamie, was outstanding as were all of the remediation crew. I can only hope that the second step of repair goes as smoothly as this first remediation/damage control process.

Tammy is a superstar along with her team of Oscar and Jerry. While no one wants to have to call ServPro to help with a water damage issue, these guys were great. They came quickly, did moisture readings after we’d wet vacuumed the standing water, came back to dry it out with big fans and kept us and our insurance company informed. Where they had to remove baseboards and flooring, they were very neat. It should all be dry in a few days and we can move onto the replacement phase.

JT and his team member were very detail oriented and professional during there recent visit to my home. I made an emergency phone call to Servpro regarding some water damage pertaining to a leaking roof that cause some water danages to my attic. JT and his partner responded and was at my door within a couple of hours. They asked me all the right questions to gather as much needed information before quickly going to work removing the water, ceiling insulation and moisture from my attic. I was very satisfied with their work. They took no short cuts and I am confident they did everything possible to make sure the job was done correctly. Their friendly /courteous demeanor only add to their professional. I would be happy to recommend their services to anyone who needs remedial service clean up from water damage.

After our water heater leaked 4 plus inches into our basement floor, Servepro came out to suck out the water, tear out the ruined floor and get things dried up. They worked non-stop well until the evening the first day and then came back to finish the job the second day. They were courteous and professional (even asking if they could mop up their dusty foot prints from the main floor hardwoods after coming up to run extension cords to the basement). Highly recommend!

We had a water emergency on our second floor that cascaded into the kitchen on the first floor this past Saturday. Quite a bit of water hit the kitchen wood floor but we worked quickly to clean it up. We called ServPro ASAP to have them come out and assess the potential damage all around. It was Memorial Day weekend but Johnny F and Nestor Q were out in an hour. They were professional, thorough and knowledgeable throughout the damage assessment and in their explanation to us. At the time we declined to go with suggested remediations as we wanted to wait and see how our continued efforts to mitigate the damage to the hardwoods would turn out. Johnny F listened and advised that all we had to do was text them to come back out and assess the situation again if we felt we needed to move forward with damage mitigation. The initial situation was stressful but both Johnny and Nestor was helpful in bringing down our stress level! Totally recommend Johnny, Nestor and ServPro should you need their services. Craig

So far im having a horrible experience with Servepro. No one knows what the other is doing. Had one person come out, just to tell me they couldnt do anything and so they sent another company to get my things. Told me people were coming back to get my furniture, heard nothing. Had to call and ask when someone was coming as it had been 4 days. Was told, “no one is answering the phone and they are would let me know something later”. Finally received a call the next day. Had to rearrange my day because i was told I had to sign “final paperwork” Final paperwork??? nothing has really been done! “Final paperwork” was just a survey. LIKE REALLY? So i had a doctors appointment, physical therapy and other things to do with my life but had to make sure i was home to complete a survey? ha! This has to be a joke. YES, everyone at Servepro is NICE but so what! You still need to do your job. All this is doing is further stressing me out. And I havent even went into detail about everything, like me and the worker agreeing to meet between 11-12 at the house so he can get my things only to be told “oh i have emergencies to deal with so i wont be there til later”. Shouldnt there be a department/workers specifically for emergencies???? So you can just be an inconvenience to my day because there are more important things, ok got it. And im not being insensitive but theres a reason some people go to the doctor and others go to the ER. AGAIN, There should be separate departments. So because my insurance company has me dealing with this company I will continue to let them work on my house but I wont be recommending them to anyone.

They simply set the bar - and no one else comes close. Our family just went through the very overwhelming reality of a mold and asbestos mitigation - rooms sealed off, ceilings removed, cabinets taken down from walls, etc. How thankful we are that SERVPRO of North Atlanta/Buckhead was our primary, lead partner in bringing us back to a state of normalcy. What a privilege to work with him. Then, Samuel and the on-site mitigation team followed and were courteous, efficient and consistently apprised us of what was happening each and every day. The pack-out division of Wanda, Lori, Jose and every member of their team walked us through the process up front and at the end attending to every need with a personal, patient and professional touch. And Kelly in Accounting worked in complete partnership with me to ensure our insurance claim paid out accurately.
