Working a 12+ hour shift, and coming home at 7:20pm to a flooded home is something I never thought I would have to endure. Chris and Printance from ServPro not only came that first night, wanting and willing to help, but had the compassion and empathy to help me through what seemed to be one of my worst nightmares. I was completely overwhelmed and broke down, but Chris ensured he would take care of everything, and would help get me through "the mess" as smoothly and as easy as possible. Chris and his team (Printance, Pancake, Ray, and Seth) have all individually and collectively made the "sting" of an emergency, not "hurt so much". Great customer service is hard to come by today. ServPro has definitely captured the essence of not only great, but excellent customer service through leaders like Chris and his team. Communication, professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness all have contributed and continue to contribute to my raving review of ServPro through Chris and his team. Although this journey has just begun and we still have more to go, we cannot express our sincere gratitude to Chris and his team for helping us. You gentlemen are amazing. Thank you.

I am sure the level of service that I have received with this franchise is not indicative of ServPro services nationally. This has been the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. People please beware of these people. They will tell you one thing and completely do something else. They charged me over 3500 for a job and didn't even finish it. After I paid them, they are refusing to return our belongings. I have video's and photos that I sent to them showing them the "mess" they left our home in after they were supposed to be cleaning it up, they refused to budge even after their operations manager came out and visited the home and told us that they would be returning, they never came back! Apparently they don't communicate internally which leaves their customers out in the cold. Rather than admitting their shortcomings and mistakes that have clearly hurt the customer, they act if its the customer's fault. I have had to involve the better business bureau with my complaint.

A pinhole leak in the line going to my hot water heater caused damage we didn’t know about until the carpet in the hall was wet. After calling my insurance, Servpro came out. They immediately started pulling the soggy carpet out and putting in huge fans. After replacing the subfloor and sheet rock, a new floor was installed. All the work was done in a professional manner. The guys were extremely nice and I was never concerned about them in my home. We were pleased with the outcome and would use them again but I hope not too soon!
