They have a reputation for bring fast and thorough, however this time they were slow and did not finish the job correctly. I had someone inspect their work and it was done poorly. They came back and fixed it...kinda... the moisture barrier was thrown in and places were cut to fit around ducts instead of pulled under. There is plenty of places for moisture to come up. So in the future they will be hearing from me again to fix and repair any damage caused from the moisture. The manager that came out was very professional and tried to make it right. Since its complete I'm ok with it, but i won't call them again by choice.

Literally told us the only reason we couldn't afford services was because we are a "roach motel." I apologize our low income housing doesn't include a sauna or a helipad. Be careful contacting these people. They are very rude when it comes to complaints. They tell customers things like "our prices are our prices, if you had a problem you shouldn't have called. " Well, start including quotes before work!!!! Also half these reviews are employees.
