So far im having a horrible experience with Servepro. No one knows what the other is doing. Had one person come out, just to tell me they couldnt do anything and so they sent another company to get my things. Told me people were coming back to get my furniture, heard nothing. Had to call and ask when someone was coming as it had been 4 days. Was told, “no one is answering the phone and they are would let me know something later”. Finally received a call the next day. Had to rearrange my day because i was told I had to sign “final paperwork” Final paperwork??? nothing has really been done! “Final paperwork” was just a survey. LIKE REALLY? So i had a doctors appointment, physical therapy and other things to do with my life but had to make sure i was home to complete a survey? ha! This has to be a joke. YES, everyone at Servepro is NICE but so what! You still need to do your job. All this is doing is further stressing me out. And I havent even went into detail about everything, like me and the worker agreeing to meet between 11-12 at the house so he can get my things only to be told “oh i have emergencies to deal with so i wont be there til later”. Shouldnt there be a department/workers specifically for emergencies???? So you can just be an inconvenience to my day because there are more important things, ok got it. And im not being insensitive but theres a reason some people go to the doctor and others go to the ER. AGAIN, There should be separate departments. So because my insurance company has me dealing with this company I will continue to let them work on my house but I wont be recommending them to anyone.
