I was told that Serv Pro, located in Villa Rica was to come out and so an inspection if the home I rented. The home had leak after leak and me and my son began having severe health problems upon moving in. The inspector was arrogant and rude from the start. When I begin to tell him of the laundry list of reoccuring leaks in the home, including a flooding fireplace, burst hot water heater, leaky kitchen sink, and a previous JACUZZI in a drywalled, carpeted bedroom from the previous owner, as well as a mold test that showed STACHYBOTRUS, ASPERGILLUS, and CHAETOMIUM, at extreme levels, as well as a piece of flooring that I had pried up and discovered visible mold underneath, he laughed at me and said there was no such thing as toxic mold, and that the only toxic natural substance was bat droppings (even though the company website has a big banner that says "Dangerous Toxic Black Mold!!!" Across it . He casually walked around and didn't inspect anything and told me that he didn't see any reason to be concerned about mold. I told him about our health problems that started when I moved in, but he didn't bat an eye. The whole experience was bizzare and confusing. I ended up paying $1000 for a professional testing company to come in, and found high levels of these awful neurotoxic molds. I have since been tested and have mold growing in my body, I have traumatic brain injury and liver failure from the three year exposure. I had to throw away all of my belongings, in order to completely detox of the mycotoxins which I am still battling today. I have spent $15,000 in out if pocket medical expenses and I expect to spend $50,000 more before I am anywhere near normal again. This experience has absolutely ruined my life, and I still to this day do not understand why this very young nan said what he said. I wonder if the landlords paid him off or something. He was hired by either them or the homeowner's insurance company. I do not post things like this normally but I feel as though I may be saving someone's life. BEWARE!

We had a pipe burst and flood our house. The immediate water-mitigation team who came out to remove the water and start drying our house were fine. They were communicative, friendly, and professional. But for as good as the immediate response team was, the repair team that came after was the polar opposite. Every single step of that process was miserable. From the two weeks it took to give us a correct quote, to the fact they missed every deadline they set themselves. What their project manger predicted would be a two-week repair job dragged on for 2 and a half months. Two and half months in which our home remained an unusable disaster. Having to fight with them every day just to get them to do the work, being constantly told to expect one thing, only for it to never happen (and that's when we were told anything at all) was a frustrating, hellish trial. And you want to know the best part? Two months after they finally finish and we paid them, we then discover that they just straight up lied about a big chunk of the work. They told us (and charged us) for putting in new insulation in the repaired section of the ceiling. Guess what we saw when we went up into the attic two months later. A huge bare spot! They just flat out lied about it. Do not use this company. Just don't. They are the absolute worst. Even months after we finally finish with them we are still being haunted and filled with regrets for ever hiring them.
