Upon arriving to my office Monday morning we were greeted with a faucet that had been left on over the weekend which resulted in a large amount of water in the building. At first glance it seemed like an impossible task to take care of in house, so we gave SERVPRO of Buford a call. From the first person I spoke with on the phone, to the last day of the project, it was nothing but a positive experience. Chase, our onsite project manager, and his team showed up promptly to assess the situation and damage, and immediately began clean up. All of the team members were friendly, professional, and informative. They kept us informed of everything they were doing, and why they were doing it. At the end of each day Chase would send us a detailed email with what they had accomplished that day, how things were looking, and what the plan for the next day was. That really made keeping everyone on the same page a breeze. I can not say enough good things about SERVPRO, and would not hesitate to call them again, or refer to anyone. They really made this as smooth of a process as it could of been. A big thanks to Chase and his team!

The team at SERVPRO of Buford were fantastic. In an already stressful situation, (DJ) came in and explained the damage and what the process would involve. Once we were ready, Patrick & Manny quickly went to work removing all damaged items. Everyone we have delt with has been a true professional and very responsive, answering all our questions along the way. “Knock on wood” I will never have to go through this situation again, but if it happens, they are my choice.

Don’t ever wish anyone encounters water damages like we did but if it happens to you Servpro is the right place to call. David and Manuel were assigned to our case, they are very professional and patient. They did a great job of explaining every steps through the entire cleaning process and answered and addressed all the issues and concerns we had. Put in dehumidifiers and fans to clear the basement area of any residual water and dampness. It that I;m well pleased. I do think there was an area that didn't need to be taken out but all in I say thank you.

Their prompt service call reduced the amount of damage from the flood and we were open for business by 8am that morning!
