I strongly endorse Jon Avery and his ServPro team. Our house caught on fire while we were out of the country, and though fortunately the burn damage was limited, there was extensive smoke and water damage. By the time we returned, Jon had secured the site, and with our adjuster, organized a plan with the other consultants. During a difficult time, Jon professionally led us through the necessary issues and questions, and soothed our concerns. Over the 11 month process, his group dealt with the documentation, packing, cleaning, storing and returning of our furnishings, and the extensive demolition and removal of sheetrock and insulation. All of the work was prompt, professional, complete and fair, and we were kept us up to date. They were always ready to go the extra mile.

It couldn't have gone any better! ServPro (and specifically Jon Avery) were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY!!! Jon had the contents of our 4200sf home photographed, inventoried, packed up and empty in less than two days. He orchestrated the delivery of two "PODS" in our driveway for things we might need access to and even stored some heat-sensitive items at the air conditioned ServPro warehouse. When it was time to finally move back into our home, Jon and his team had everything put EXACTLY how it had been (down to the order of books on a shelf) prior to the flood. Truly AMAZING!!! The best parts of our flood were the beginning and the end because ServPro was in charge. Between insurance companies, contractors, landscapers, flooring people, etc, we must've dealt with over 20 different organizations. ServPro was the ONLY one who did precisely what they committed to in the amount of time they promised. We ended up being out of our home for 4 months while our house was repaired. I wish ServPro could've done EVERYTHING because I'm sure they would've been done in a week! I'm serious. Every time we needed anything, Jon was available and eager to help. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with ServPro!!

No one hopes to be in a situation where you have to call these guys but IF I ever need to again I would call them again in a heartbeat. I had the privilege of working with Frank, Jon, and the rest of their team! They were concise in explaining everything to me. Timely and clean in getting my mess taken care of. They really go above what they need to do to make sure your home is safe and protected from further damage. Even when I called to pay my bill, Nikki was the sweetest! Highly recommend this company.

Thank God For ServPro and Jon Avery. I had a leaking roof that destroyed a bedroom in my house. The ceiling crumbled to the floor and water damaged floors walls and electrical in the room. When Jon arrived they went straight to work and within a couple of hours dryers were running and the room was almost ready to rebuild (This was over a weekend I should add).. They came when they said they would and went above and beyond while they were there. I wish everything else in my life was as easy as dealing with Jon and his ServPro team.
