I had a busted water pipe flooding my house. After shutting off the water, I called ServPro. They came out within 30 minutes and had their fans and dehumidifier going right away. When they returned the next morning, my expensive vinyl plank flooring was dry as was the subfloor and they did not have to pull it up!!! They saved my flooring and I am forever grateful.

The actual service was good. They were able to clean and remove the stains and smells. The orchestration and communication was terrible. The connection between the service technicians and the office is non-existent. I was rescheduled on without being told and had to call in an hour later only to be told that they moved me to another day. Then when they did come, the office had outdated notes, they arrived 45 minutes after my appointment time and I had to move meetings around again at the last minute to make it happen. Overall, the service worked but you have to be ready to be flexible with the schedule and stay on top of your appointment.

Our consultation and estimate were completed 72 hours after I called. Shelley was polite and thorough. The work was scheduled at our convenience and completed 1 week after our consultation. The service technicians were also polite and considerate. The work took about 3 hours. The men cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend ServPro and would use them again.

Please be careful with this company, they will increase the cost for machines when they think the insurance company is going to pay. I had 4 machines in my home for 3 days and it cost $751 for 1 humidifier and 3 blowers. They left my rug in my closet with black sutt from the blower.
