The Company was on the job fast. And the job escalated from flooding to mold to abestos. It was a trying time for us. As time went by we became less important and frequently had to call multiple times to get an answer. We called the owner of the franchise and he did not bother to call back, when it was him we called to get the service started. We we're not important enough it seems. In the end, the job was done right, but it was a mediocre response at best. When you flood they are all you have and they know it. But when they do get around to you it gets done right. Update: Received call from the owner of the franchise who apologized for the problems and he said he had already met with staff to make sure it did not happen again. It is a tough job responding to emergencies and maintaining contact during the day, but they have changed to make sure every customer knows they are important. I had said they did a good job, and they did. I assured him that should we need ServePro in the future we would call them.
