They came to my house and did nothing, they don't even know how to clean, i could have done that myself. I got the house listing package, they didn't do cleaning inside or outside of cabinet, they didnt clean my 1 full bathroom. They left it just the way it was. The only thing they did was the easy work vacuum and mop the floors that i had cleared for them. This company is not the one to call for any cleaning service, the workers are lazy. I should have clean my my house myself because thats what i did after they left. I called back to talk to the lady in charge now my calls are going to voicemail, very unprofessional.

I paid $366 and left them in the house to clean. When I got back, the first thing I noticed is there was absolutely no scent of any kind of cleaning product. That was the first red flag. Second, I noticed the floors did not look clean. I grabbed a broom, and started to pass it over the floor.. yeah, I swept up dirt. The blinds that they charged me to clean, were not cleaned. I ran my finger along the blinds, and my finger tip turned black. The garage that I paid them to sweep and clean still still had the same cobwebs and had not even been swept.The stove stop had grime on it, still. I think they stopped working as soon as I left them in the house alone. Absolutely garbage service. Don't waste your money. Consuners beware, the other reviews might be fake. I paid for a service, and got ripped off.

We use Brite Touch Cleaning for our business cleaning and they do a wonderful job! They are well-mannered, professional, and believe communication is key for maintaining a clean and spotless work environment. They come in weekly and leave the office cleaner than it's ever been. Not to mention, they have great scents that everyone would love :-) We have used several cleaning services, but we are sticking with Brite Touch Cleaning because we are more than satisfied!

I have gone thru allot of illness and needed someone to come in and do a deep cleaning so I could at least get it back in shape so that a daily dusting woud do it....the owner is so personable and the staff...very professional, polite; and hard workers. Brite Touch Cleaning Company is the best firm I have ever used. I have used lots of cleaning services for my short term rental property so I know this company is a gem. I hired Brite to clean my boyfriend's home after he moved. The two gentlemen who arrived had an excellent level of attention to detail. The kitchen was immaculate, from the cabinets to the appliances. The two bathrooms were spotless after they were done as well. They even wiped down tops of cabinets and doors. My late grandmother and mom are the only people I know that clean like that. I highly recommend Brite Touch Cleaning to anyone needing cleaning services.

If you read any good reviews from this cleaning service, believe me the owner had someone post them. This is the worst cleaning service ever. I wish I could post some pictures to sum this all up. Their cleaning is just so terrible, almost as if they made my house dirtier than it was. The most annoying part is how you pay so much because the owner promised so much but at the end of the day, you only get that feeling of being ripped off. This cleaning service is a scam, if you don’t like being scammed, stay off. In retrospect I wish I read more than the first two reviews the owner probably put up herself, many others have complained, be wise!

My Fiance and I work fulltime and attend college AND are planning our wedding. With family coming in town we needed a little help so we decided to hire a cleaning company. Since this was our first time using this service I didnt know what to expect so I did my research. I found Melinda via google and read her reviews I decided that she was the one we would go with. Melinda arrived at my home on time and THROUGHLY cleaned our home from top to bottom! When I walked in the smell of FRESH-ness blew me away. It was really like a breath of fresh air. No stone or dust bunny for the matter; was left unturned. I even had 2 or three glasses in my sink and she cleaned that as well! Under our beds were spotless, our dressing tables were spik and span! Even the walls were wiped down from all the finger prints, the oven hood that I always had a hard time cleaning because of the grease was spotless! I didnt even want to use our bathroom.. it was TOO clean LOL! Melinda I know my home appreciated you and your staff for bringing it to life! I am truly thankful I found you and I assure you that I will try my best to keep it as clean as you made it! I definately recommend! I will be using this service from now on as a re-occuring customer!

4 ladies arrived at the beginning of the ETA 2 hour window. I am moving out of rental and to say the least, these ladies had their job cut out for them. When I returned I was very pleased with the hard work they did. I did not give a 5 star review b\c of extra costs that were added on after the cleaning. Don't get me wrong, I would of been ok knowing that extra fees could double or triple for dog hair, as there was a lot of hair. I will recommend this business in the future, but i will let them know if you could have to pay more. Even with the extra 75$ it was still well worth it~ THANK YOU RITE TOUCH MAIDS

I can't rave enough about the services from Melinda and her team. They listened to every preference I had for my home. The second cleaning they came back to my home with even further improvements from the first service which was already done well. Melinda is very quick to respond to inquiries. Will explain everything needed and the website and she are very clear on the services. No hidden fees or costs. It's so hard to find good and trustworthy services but I've found one! They arrive on time and if they will be early or late you will get a call. My last appointment was from 10-12 and they showed up at 9:59! I'm a perfectionist and have a bit of OCD so good reviews from me do not come easy. I'm too the point where I do not like streaks on my microwave and stove. Even that Melinda makes sure is done correctly. You won't regret using Melinda and her team. Please contact them for services for your home or business.

Melinda did a move-in house cleaning for us and was very thorough with the job. She cleaned all the nooks and crannies, leaving no stone unturned. She knew that we have young children and made sure to sanitize all the knobs, handles and switches kids loooove to touch too. The very first night we moved in, I felt extremely comfortable knowing that the bathrooms were clean and sanitized for our use. The kitchen and floors also looked amazing. We had just had solid flooring put in the downstairs area so there had been a lot of dust everywhere. Once Melinda tackled the home, all of the debris was gone! I really like the fact that she uses HEPA equipment and allergen free products too. Everything looked and smelled amazing. I absolutely recommend Melinda for your house cleaning needs. She is pleasant, professional and works hard to make sure her customers are satisfied. She even called me prior to charging my credit card to make sure I was completely happy with her work. Wow, now that's really putting customer satisfaction first! Believe me, I will definitely be using Melinda with Brite Touch Cleaning services again. =)
