Very disappointed in this company! The office staff can't keep track of their schedule. I had changed my date of service since we would be out of town. To my concern the cleaning lady showed up anyway...I called the office and told them I had rescheduled her to come the following week. Well no one showed up the following week. I was told the office manager would call me...Melissa Conway never called me. I was told on 2 different occasions I would get a call so we could discuss my concerns... Nope still no return call... The lady was not trained and only would wipe stuff and not move anything. Then I got charged $250 because I didn't finish a 24 week cleaning. There is a total lack of communication in this office and I was thinking Melissa would have reached out to me and try and resolve my concerns but never has.. I would not recommend this company!

This is a great company, they do excellent service and are the most professional I have seen at doing our cleaning. Always on time and never have to worry if the job is being done properly. We have thoroughly enjoyed having this service. Would recommend them to everyone, if you need a quality cleaning service, these are the people to call.
