The work was fine but was not very efficient in a timely manner. In three hours the pantry was reorganized, only a few of the kitchen cabinets, and only about a third of the fridge was completed. I have hired others that had the same amount of time but were more efficient and completed a lot more. Others were not concerned about watching the clock and pacing themselves to perform less within that period of time. Would have considered becoming a regular customer, but not impressed with the efficiency of the personnel.

This first top to bottom cleaning was not nearly so thorough as the first was (baseboards, ceiling fan blades, blinds). That first cleaning was the only reason I signed up for 24 cleanings and I don't think it was better than what I expect for a regular cleaning.Call me if you have further questions.

If you’re looking for a cleaning company that takes time, pays attention to detail, and provides a thorough cleaning of your home, this company is NOT for you. If your looking for a quick run through cleaning of your home, that you could do yourself and probably better, then this IS the company for you...not once did they sweep/vacuum under rugs..they clean around things instead of moving light objects to get a good clean...even on the rooms you pick to have “deep cleaned”. I had my home cleaned multiple time by this company and was only completely satisfied ONCE with my cleaning and that was after many previous subpar cleanings. I was told many times by the managers and owner that it takes time to find the right fit and house cleaner...well at $100 a cleaning I don’t think it should take that long. I even had two lady’s come clean my house one day and my house looked like no one even came to clean it. I had to call and ask if it had been cleaned that day. I would instead recommend a private cleaning company if you’re looking for a job well done. Merry maids seems to be too over booked and the cleaners rush through the cleanings, which is not the kind of clean I want if I’m paying someone to do it. I was told by a nice lady (the one that did a great job) that cleaned my home they had an issue with some of their cleaners doing a bad job. If that’s the case get rid of those people and DONT send them into peoples homes. No one wants to pay to have their HOME cleaned by someone who’s lazy or does subpar work, I’d personally rather just do it myself. I went back and forth on posting my review but I don’t think anyone else should waste their time and money. I hired a private company to clean my house after my experience with merry maids and the experience has been night and day. I now pay less per cleaning and my house looks fantastic when cleaned!

Unfortunately, I may be the 1st to post a negative experience!! In the 12 visits to my home for cleaning, I had to request 4 repeat cleanings. Along being promised a certain set of team members and yet others were sent to my home. I give them 4 thumbs down!!!
