Contacted Maytronics by internet for help with a broken DX6 pool cleaner. Never got a reply. One can't wait forever to get a pool cleaner fixed. Doubt I'd do business with them again.

Bought one of these pool cleaners a few weeks ago and it was one of the best purchases I ever made. I am saving hours not having to clean my pool... After I bought it the power supply went out and I called customer service who was excellent and they said they would have one shipped out the next day. Not only was it an excellent product, but it was excellent customer service and that just doesn't seem to happen anymore. Would definitely buy ANY pool product from this company again and Thank You for the great customer support.

60 min wait... Will not take calls from 11:30-12:45 each day. Will not respond to my email or faxes. Poor service would be an upgrade for them.
