Maid Pro is what they say they are, a professional maid service. They vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean. The products they use leave a clean scent in my house that stays for several days. The attention to detail they apply is noticed immediately. Specifically they are able to get to areas that I can't or never bother to clean. The service they provide is second to none, it is always a welcoming sight to come home to a clean house. This frees up my weekends and evening for things I want to do.

Update! Now that Betty and her crew have been cleaning my house and now with them since 2016. They are amazing and do such an awesome job! They love my digs and are very accommodating! Maidpro has been great. Love using them and it helps when you have a busy schedule and really only have to worry about laundry and dishes. Prices are definitely reasonable and they are very friendly. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I was so pleased with my first cleaning that I had to write my review right away. The MaidPro team did an AWESOME job! I didn’t have to time to do a deep cleaning for the holidays. With 9 house guest in route, I called MaidPro on 18 Dec and they arrived Christmas Eve to clean for the first time. Kaycee and Kama were on time, efficient and friendly! My home was cleaned from top to bottom with nothing left undone. They are coming back every two weeks and I could be happier. Additionally, an administrative error caused me to be overcharged. Not only did the manger contact me right away to resolve it, she took any additional step to ensure again. She also was very professional and apologetic. Great customer service was the cherry on top. I am thrilled with this company!

Ashley and Lauren were great today. Its a Saturday and a few days before Thanksgiving. They were very good about things when I mentioned something needed to have special attention. They also seemed to be in a good mood. That goes along way in my view when your employees are happy to be here.

Employees smoke a lot and you can have smoke scent in the room. Corners and edges are left unclean most of the time. If you like quick cleaning then they are okay but it can cost over time a lot.

This is the second time in a row that Erica has had to come an clean our office by herself, she never has a bad attitude about this, she never makes excuses or does anything halfway. She goes above and beyond, even when we tell her she can skip that area today because we feel guilty that she is by herself and has already been here so long, she always insist on finishing the job as its suppose to be done. I was beyond impressed. I didn’t even speak to these women before they began cleaning, and they knew where my stuff went better than I know where it goes! It was like I cleaned it myself, but only better than I could ever do. It was so personal! My daughter has a stuffed dolphin on her bed, and when straightening her room they found a smaller stuffed dolphin and set it beside the big one. You can tell they take pride in their work! I am just so happy with the job they did, I have literally called and texted everyone I know to tell them about it. I can’t wait until they come back!
