Worst mistake of my life was investing in this business. I am so glad that I was able to recover financially, and start another business in a different field that has been financially rewarding......Jan-Pro however, should be shut down. If you want to start a business, do not do it with them, it will be the biggest mistake of your life.

Do not use. Started using them 6 weeks ago and have had problems 4 out of the 6 weeks. Started with a second crew after two weeks and they did not provide service in 2 of the 4 weeks. Will keep you posted on next steps. Had a good spirited discussion with VP of Ops. Jan Pro is working through this to make it right over the next 30 days.

Hired Jan Pro to clean our school-within the first couple of days we complained about our school being left dirty-we were visited but there was no improvement-we set up a new company that could clean our school and let Jan Pro go after 3 weeks-if they could have done their job which is to clean we would still be using them-they showed up at our school very rudely with no appointment demanding payment of $19,000 for a year contract even though they could not perform their duties professionally-now we get a phone call that jan Pro has hired a firm to investigate our assets to decide whether it was worth suing us-they are bullying us and if they would have only done their job as they promised they would still be working for us, WHAT A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!!

I have a brand new building. Everything is new and spotless. I hired Jan Pro to do the cleaning when we moved into our new office. They were supposed to dust baseboards, mop bathroom floors, dust blinds, etc. They never did any of those things. The cob webs starting piling up, the floors were black when you wiped them with a wet paper towel, there was urine on the bases of the toilets. The worst part is they allowed children to play in my administrative offices and help themselves to the chocolate I have sitting around for clients which they stomped into the carpet. The kids also rummaged through office drawers. I complained about this and other issues through the "log book" that I was told from the beginning that this was my direct communications to them. The last time they "cleaned" they were in the building for 30 minutes according to my alarm and camera reports. How can anyone do a thorough job in a large office building in 30 minutes? They can't and they didn't! To top it off, they left with the doors unlocked to the administrartive offices. That was the last straw! I called and asked for my keys back immediatley. Now Jan Pro is threatening me with my contract that I signed for a year. Even though it claims you can canel for non-performance, BEWARE! They're saying I didn't tell the right person and in writing and with certified mail. Forget the communication log and the verbal complaints! It was worth it to pay them off to get out of my facility.

JAN-PRO Atlanta is a big company that fuels off of greed. Anytime a person or customer complains they take THEIR side & run with it. My thing is I PAID my money to buy your business brand, business partners make decisions together. Why did I have to go and work 2 full time jobs while being a student full time while my business partners are on yatch’s & cruises? I clean up pretty good & I take what I do personal because it’s a compassion of mine, but the minute I speak my mind to the WHITE FOLKS or customers y’all have they get mad & call y’all like I’m supposed to be intimidated. Nope, wrong woman. You can’t feed me false hopes. I’ll be writing all kind of reviews on GOOGLE,YELP, OR ANY WHERE I CAN about y’all. You had 2 strikes, 3rd one you’re out. Complaints are dealt with & you must show concern. 1st customer I lost, because she was being rude so I defended myself. 2nd person lost because I was being nice & not charging for a bathroom clean, she decided to complain because I wasn’t coming at 7:30 am....(Susie, I don’t work for you.... I don’t have to be there at 7:30am nowhere in the contract) still cleaned it & said her floors were dirty because she had cleans during the day PEOPLE ARE GOING TO WALK OVER THEM & TRACK DIRT lol. 3rd Customer complained about her corners not being vacuumed apologized bought a card saying I’m sorry then everything was good. She then said I was not mopping the bathroom floors (Susie, why would I not mop the floors? It’s not my fault their stained, but I can offer you a service of buffing the floors so they can shine again. 4th account man approached me at the door after I left my keys in building (new staff member) & was being rude so I purposely ignored him lol I don’t have to answer to you lol I’m so grown, not your child and you’re not my owner sir. But none of this matters because as soon as a customer threatens to leave y’all panic & go frantic & do conniving deals with the customer & THEN let us know the decision y’all made after we spent OUR OWN MONEY to buy your brand. I learned how to buff, strip, and wax floors in JANUARY. It’s July never had a special lol why?

Hired them to clean our small company. Super easy clean especially since most office workers kept their doors locked so no cleaning people could get in, pretty much had to clean the halls and bathrooms. Horrible cleaning service, EVERYTHING they promised was a lie, they used dollar store bought chemicals and after the first couple months they started coming in and emptying trash cans and leaving, NO CLEANING. Its a big company who hires other companies, who hires other companies who hires individuals so the training is a lie also. I contacted them several times and even had to take pictures to prove myself because they got argumentative with us for complaining. After months I wanted out of the contract and was told I had to go through a cure period where they clean for 30 days and the rep comes out to check each week.... no rep, no cleaner.... had to take more pictures and fought to get out of the contract again and they refused to let me out, all the hoops you have to jump through to get out then send a certified letter?! Or you are re-upped for another year.... NEVER sign a contract and NEVER let them come clean when your not there, crappy service! MONTHS OF FIGHTING WITH THEM. how hard is it to sweep? To clean a mirror? to use a toilet brush instead of just pouring blue stuff in the water?

JanPro is now cleaning 2/3 of our facilities and I am pleased. Their first cleaning on the second location was this passed weekend. They left me a book to communicate back and forth about concerns or questions since they clean when we are out of the office. I appreciate their incredible customer service, willingness to communicate thoroughly, and follow through (someone stopped by today, just two days after their first cleaning to see how it went).

You are not hiring Jan Pro you are hiring third party contractors that work for Jan pro. The communication has been horrible. The service has been horrible we have had four different people to come to our location and Jan pro knows nothing about who is coming and when. Just horrible I WILL NEVER USE JAN PRO AGAIN!!

Locked us into a 12 month contract and after repeated requests to cease cleaning due to damage of our business equipment, Jan Pro was adamant there was no way to cancel the contract in a timely fashion. Terrible customer service. Please stay away! Update: After 5 weeks of repeated requests to change the format of our cleaning, I have heard no response from Paul, Jason or Denise. They simply don't care.
