They also have different levels of cleaning and you can add/adjust what you want them to do. I've tried other cleaners, but I've been the happiest with this company.

I started using maids day awhile ago. A friend recommend them to me. She was very pleased with their service. I have quite satisfied with their work. They do a good job especially on the areas that I am “picky” about. They spend a decent amount of time cleaning my home and do not seem rushed and therefore I have not found anything major that was overlooked or not cleaned well. Also I feel that their pricing is reasonable I am glad to recommend Its Maids Day. I have already recommend them to some of my neighbors.

I should have trusted the reviews from the start. 1 and 2 star reviews mean something people do not use this maid service. Incomplete work all the time. I was tolerable because the maids were gracious enough to go and redo a job before they left my home. In hindsight I should have fired them a long time ago- now realizing that missing tasks or incomplete work( urine under toilet seat and bowl, not vacuuming rugs in rooms that can’t be missed, leaving product residue in kitchen sinks, forgetting to take trash out, not cleaning ceiling fans, not cleaning a half bath, leaving milk residue and food on kitchen floor that we’re supposedly mopped) meant that they were incompetent and ineffective and did not pay attention to detail. After using this company for two years they attempted to fire me as a customer because they realized that they oversell their work, competency of their maids, and ability to complete what they promote and promise in their packages based on square footage with two maids. After receiving complaints from their maids that they are not being paid for working extra they tried to pass off the extra fee to the customer. What their maids failed to be honest about is that they consistently leave task undone like rinsing shower and leaving free of residue or hair, not leaving shower door streak-free scum free, vacuuming rooms, dusting, taking trash out, or cleaning specific rooms- when asked to come back when a cleaning ends to do those things ( which most have done without complaint) it extends the teams time by 20-25 maybe. The problem is if your maid teams are as highly skilled as you promote then these things would not be missed and therefore no extra time needed. The integrity of the company should now be questioned when they tell the customer it is the “condition of the home, LEGO’s on the floor.” Owner told me we’re not a good fit. To translate means that we are not willing to give you the service that we promote because we are incompetent and our package looks good but honestly we lie about our packages and prices because we are trying to stay competitive and we really can’t without overselling. If a company is providing biweekly and monthly service to a customer for over two years and you have not been able to “revive” the condition of the home then that means your maids are not effective and poorly trained. I am glad that as a customer I caught the game they were trying to play and stopped them before they did- Recap and a favor to the owner re-evaluate and recalculate your pricing for square footage and the task that you promise a two women team can complete. Reevaluate the wage you are paying your maids and pay them fairly or you will be out of business soon. Low ratings and ignorance can only go so far. Do not oversell your service and try and pass the cost on to loyal customers, especially when the complete work is always less than spectacular. Do not use this company you will be sorry there are much better companies out there.

Where do I start? Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone! Scheduled a deluxe monthly cleaning. Receptionist( Alexis) was very friendly, informative and detailed. I was expecting the same with the cleaning service. Unfortunately the team that "cleaned" our home were apparently not properly trained or didn't care. Either way, the house was not cleaned well at all. Floors still dirty. Baseboards not cleaned, floors and rugs not vacuumed. Absolutely no attention to detail. When you pay $200 for a service you expect a thorough job. I called to complain and they sent a different team out, and they didn't do any better. Left the bathroom floors dirty, baseboards dusty. By their body language, it was clear they would rather be anywhere else. This company could probably be great, but its all about how you train and who you hire. Awful. Now I'm out $200 and I still have to go clean my home. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!!

OMG. I booked a four hour time slot for project cleaning and had a typed list of items I wanted cleaned. 5 people blew through my beautiful house and marked up all my walls and baseboards and didn't clean the bathrooms, ceiling fans or wipe down the baseboards as I had requested. Called to resolve and the owner called me back to argue and said he would take $34 off the cleaning price. Never offered to make it right. Never offered to refund the money. Never apologized. Proceeded to ask me if I understood how a block of paid time worked and that I got what I paid for. Lord help us all is there no customer service in the world anymore. You are better off paying your middle school kids to clean rather than these nuts. Use at your own risk.

They arrive on time (I work from home), and if their schedule changes they always call to ask if it's okay if they arrive earlier or later than expected. When they arrive they get right to work. I booked a service with this company and had high hopes based on previous reviews and their offerings. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not adequate - still had dust on counters and tables, floors were not cleaned either. When I sent photos and provided feedback I was met with rudeness and a "discounted" cleaning. I don't want to repay for a cleaning that I never received in the first place. Horrified this is how some people run a business.

I've tried several different cleaning companies with varying degrees of disappointment or disaster and "It's Maid Day" fits our needs best. I'm so glad I found them. I'm so happy with them. I've had the same team leader, Deborah, for almost the entire time I've been a client and she is wonderful. She is hardworking, trustworthy and just a sweet person. I like the two team member set up instead of just one person or conversely, a whole team of 5 or more tearing through the house with different people every time. I like to see at least one familiar face each time they come and that has been the way it's been so far. They price by the time they spend and tell you upfront what the cost will be for the amount of time you choose. There are lots of options. I'm very pleased with this company and look forward to continuing with them.

I have been very happy with my maid service from It's Maid Day. I was pleasantly surprised when a supervisor called me to ask if she can do a surprise audit after my team leaves. The supervisor came about 30 minutes after my team left. She asked me if I have been happy with everything. I said yes. She still inspected the home to make sure everything looked great.
