Johnathan received my call for cleaning air ducts of my town home, explained me the services offered and the price. Gave me an appointment within 2 days. He arrived on time as promised and cleaned the air ducts, also gave me suggestions on how to keep the dust from collecting and how to clean going forward. He also cleaned the dryer vent and gave me a very good deal on the whole work. Very satisfied with their services. Would highly recommend them !!!

I called the company on 6/6/18 and they were able to send someone over the same day. Sean and Johnathan were very professional and provided great customer service. They went out of there way to go and purchase registers and filters to complete the project. They are very knowledgeable of what they were doing. My shock was to see the amount dirt trap into the filter which I had changed the day before. In the process of the cleaning. They both suggested purchasing the additional service of sanitizing both units which I found the costs to be very reasonable and in serious need. Overall these guys did a great job. Clean all mess before leaving. I will be definitely referring them to other home owners. I had two units filter 1 and open box are from the basement unit. Filter 2 was the attic unit. I purchase this house and over the years you can see no maintenance was ever done. At the end this clean up the air quality has improved drastically. Thank you GUYS!!!

Apparently I needed the dryer vents cleaning too and they sanitized the ducts as well. Reasonable price for over three and half hour job. Very polite folks and cleaned up after them nicely.

After a few years in our house, it hadn't occurred to me or my wife that the dryer duct is something that needs to be cleaned regularly. We found out the hard way, especially with the amount of fluff that comes from owning 6 cats. Our dryer exhaust duct was pretty much completely clogged and wet, getting into fire hazard territory. I called Hurricane to make an appointment and they showed up exactly on time today and went to work. They were extremely nice and professional, showing us every step of the process and answering every question. The duct pipe needed to be replaced, which they handled on the same visit. I called Ori and Shaun late last night and they was the only HVAC professionals that I was able to reach after I lost a Home Depot tool in my dryer duct. He scheduled for the next day an emergency repair, and came on time, quickly retrieved the tool, cleaned my dryer duct, and all at a very competitive cost. They cleaned the dust afterwards, and were very friendly. They also showed me how my lifetime static electrical filter worked on my furnace, as this is a new house for my family, at no charge. I like the group so much that I scheduled a subsequent HVAC cleaning for my whole house for tomorrow. Came on time, did a thorough job, did not try to upsell us like some companies apparently do, and charged a fair price. PS: If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned in awhile, I suggest you do so--there was a huge amount of lint extracted from our dryer vent! Both a fire hazard and can burn out the dryer heating element.

Aviv and Corey were the technicians and they were perfect for the job. Aviv called with ~45min warning which was so helpful, and they were personable and professional. They gave me my full quote upon seeing my space and how many returns I had and performed the job efficiently and thoroughly. I got to see the dryer vent "snow" come out as Corey was cleaning it! Gross and cool! It's obvious these are needed services and my place feels "cleaner" as a result already. Aviv and Corey came to my house and cleaned my vents and dryer duct. Dryer duct had never been cleaned and ducts had been cleaned about 12-15 years ago. They were really patient and did a great job. They vacuumed and cleaned up after the work was complete. I notice some debris hanging from the dryer vent outside on the roof. Corey got up on a ladder and cleaned that out for me. This is going over and above the call of duty in my opinion. I appreciate their work and they did a great job.

This company came out to clean my air ducts today. They were on time and everything. Actually early which is the only reason they get two stars and not one. Most air duct cleaning services put something over your furniture, sofas, etc. These two guys didn't. They left my house with debris everywhere, some of my vents hanging off. I had a desk with all my stuff on it, now it has white roof debris all over it! Also a real duct cleaning takes way more than two hours. They didn't even clean out all of my vents in my house! This place is scamming. It was a total rush job. I wouldn't contact them ever again! These reviews seem very fake too. Their website says they leave your house cleaner than when they come in. THAT'S A LIE!
