Coverall is an amazing company! I've never had any issues with them. And the managers, Eric Jordan, and Nick Jackson, are superb! The entire office is welcoming. They treat you more like family than business partners. Keep up the good work guys! It's sad that the only people who post reviews are dissatisfied, whereas those who are pleased like myself, don't post anything! Give Coverall the opportunity to give you your own personal experience! Don't knock it til you try it!

Unfortunately one star is the least you can choose to leave a review...this is the worst cleaning service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The actual cleaning is dreadful and the customer service is the worst I have encountered in the industry!!!

I am a practice manager for a physician’s office. We were never impressed by the level of service we received but were locked into another year of bad service because in the fine print on the contract it states if you do not cancel within 30days of your contract end date the contract would automatically renew. I've never heard of such thing. After receiving another year of horrible service, I made sure to put in my notice to cancel the service within the 30days. The day after my last service date, I walked into an unclean building. When I sent an email to the customer service person that I had been in contact with she forwarded an email from the cleaning person that stated he had car troubles and was unable to clean the build. I was never notified of this and had to walk into an unclean office to find out. You would think with a company this size they would have something in place to where if one person is unable to clean they have a backup person. I never got an apologize and they did not offer to send anyone out to take care of it. In fact, I was still charged for the entire month. To make matter worse after being assured my contract was terminated I continue to receive bills staying that my account is pass due. Do your self a favor and find other company because this on is the worse.

I'm a current franchise owner and that office staff is very unprofessional and rude this women named Mina should not have a job in customer service or conflict resolution. She called me in reference to an account that I had the client had a complaint about account instead of hearing what I had to say she was just like what's your problem you need to do this and that etc. I was like call the hell down and listen im the one in the building not you I hung up and called the office back and stated that she was rude the women who answered stated that she was not rude I took it the wrong way. Where in America do you voice a complaint and someone does not first apologize and find someone to help. So I decided to drive to figure out what the problem was and I felt so dissmissed. After you save your money and invest into a company you don't expect to get trearted like this I feel super disrespected.

We've had this service for over a year, not impressed at all. Even after I spoke with the franchise owner, nothing changed. I contacted them to cancel the service because we found another company and we've been locked into a contract for an additional year. They automatically do this. This is a bad business practice as far as I am concerned, especially since their service is not good.

What a total nightmare! If you want non-existent service, utterly poor communication and zero sense of urgency or responsibility to the customer, sign up with Coverall. I terminated my contract with them 4 weeks ago and still do not have my keys returned to my business. We went 4 weeks without service only a few weeks into our contract. The franchise cleaners were horrible from a service, results and communication standpoint. The management does not even have the courtesy to return my calls. Utterly the most frustrating experience with another business I have ever had. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I would give a lower rating if possible, we terminated the services due to offices not getting cleaned. I have spoke to the GM, Eric Jordan and repeatedly ask for our keys back, He assured me he would take care of this. I am still waiting! Since 7/19/17!!

unprofessional director insults franchise owners he takes things personal he is lacking people skills he tries to micro manage your business some accounts are under price u have to work it yourself to make ends meet. Don t buy into this place until they make changes. Which i can t see happening soon there fees are crazy and accounts will cancel at a drop of a dime

They do not clean good. We called to ask why are floors were no being mopped and they terminated our contract. When the cleaner turned in his key he was rude and obnoxious. This company is not professional don’t waste your time and money

If there was a way to give a zero star review, I would do it here. Do NOT use this company. We used them for about five months to clean my business (a preschool). One of their franchisees ruined laminate flooring in two classrooms, for which an employee of the franchisor then tried to blame us. Another franchisee who was supposed to clean our building every night left it in such poor condition many nights that we were embarrassed when our families arrived the next day (which is not surprising given that he "cleaned" our 9,000 square foot facility alone in under an hour each night). We gave this company more opportunities than it deserved, with more patience than we should have. This company does NOT deliver what it promises. BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE to be fair to the company - The general manager of the franchisor, Eric Jordan, reached out to me this morning and has owned things that no one else has. Additionally, he has made some financial recompense to my company for the horrible job the franchisee has done. THAT is good customer service...thank you for getting involved, Eric!!!

We had the cleaner only one week and I am shocked this lady still cleans for this company. I work for a pediatric office and cleanliness is a BIG deal. Fist clean was terrible! Not mopped, vacuumed, sanitized, wiped down, dusted, nothing! Also found out she came in at 4:00 am and left her own trash sitting around. Second night she set the alarm and left the establishment with all lights on and every single door open with nothing cleaned! No call to anyone! Unbelievable and never using this company again!

As with any company you are only as good as the people who support the customer. The Atlanta office is full of good people who provide excellent support . Retention runs over 98% most months so you know they are doing a lot of right things.
