Had Chem-Dry of Georgia come out and clean some rugs & carpet on a whim. The technician (Joe) was prompt, respectful, and very knowledgable. He helped me come up with the right plan for my house and worked quickly and efficiently. I LOVED the end results-- instant gratification that my high traffic areas were clean and refreshed. I will definitely be setting up routine maintenance to keep my house in tip top shape!

Chem dry is great! The carpets are completely dry in a few hours and they always do a fantastic job. I’ve also seen where other companies won’t clean area rugs over hardwood without taking them away for 7-10 days. Chem dry doesn’t do that and they clean them right on the spot. They’re the only company I use anymore.

Love this company. First time having my carpets cleaned and the customer service could not have been better. They were so nice over the phone and called the day before to confirm and an hour before they arrived. Very professional staff! Price the same as those “specials” offered on the radio- and you don’t need a coupon code!

Great looking carpet is the most important result but customer service was great, too. On time and friendly service. Moderately priced and worth every penny. I cannot believe my carpet looks nearly new and it's actually 10 years old. I will absolutely call Chem-Dry again.

My husband usually steam cleans our carpets, but he just got out of the hospital, so I would not allow him to do so. We are so happy that we decided to use Chem Dry. They not only allowed him to relax, but Steve and Will did a FABULOUS job!! And at a reasonable price! I believe we will be using Chem Dry from now on. We are so pleased with the results. We had seen them at work at one of the business establishments that we utilize and they were so pleased that we decided to give them a try - as said, we are really pleased that we did.
