I worked for them for three years. Worked faithfully and cover employees when they wanted time off, train employees, and signed off their orientation package. All up until the first month of this year I was fired without notice because I wanted to pursue a job that was paying more than $8 per hour. That's right 3 years with over 5 years of experience making $8 an hour.one contract was paying them $2900 a month. Then they have the nerve to post on craigslist that pay is based on experoence. The supervisors that were in charge of my areas are straight lazy and does everything but own up to their unprofessionalism. The customers perrferd speaking to me because they knew who does the work accordingly to how it should be done. Since they fired me unexpectedly knowing I have to help take care of my mother is such a lack of respect for their employees. Mr Ron the president of ASI couldn't even face me he had his secretary Trina Osborne to put him on speaker phone while the other supervisor Mrs Wiggins agree with everything just to keep her job asking me how I afford my tires on my truck and also spoke negative on my behalf but couldn't find the time to actually speak to me and they all had my cell number. I wouldn't dare recommend this company to anyone. Last but not least I have never been written up for sleeping on the job but when they reported to the department of labor that was listed as one the the reasons. However they failed to provide any accurate and precise time or place that supposedly happen nor did I sign any displinary plan and of course the department of labor took their side of the story. I failed behind my truck note and had to default on a loan ......once again I wouldn't recommend this company that treat their employees like they are just a number.
