One of the things one her list to accomplish before the baby arrived was pressure washing the extremely "green" exterior of their house. The baby came early and it didn't get done, so I made an online appointment on Wednesday and they were there on Thursday. The job was done thoroughly and completely at a very good price! I had a cleaning done and the technicians equipment broke down during the job. He had to use our garden hose to complete the work. I could see mildew spots covering the siding on my home and can see areas that were not washed at all. Unfortunately, I sent the check before noticing how poor the work was. I’ve been trying to contact someone at the firm (4 messages left with the answering service and 2 emails sent) over the last month but no one has returned my call. EDIT - Heard from the owner and working on a resolution EDIT 2 - The owner called and had someone sent the next day. House is perfectly cleaned - just bad luck with last technician. Call center not getting messages conveyed properly.

Their very easily negotiated website allowed me to get an estimate based on the size of the house and schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Well, that problem is a hole that needs attention fast. I live in NY I didn't know who to call to get a tarp over it, so I asked Mike . Hesaid they already tarped it for me because it was suppose to rain. What a nice man, and how glad I was knowing he would get me a temporary fix until I can get a roofer there. It is not easy caring for a house long distance, but knowing someone to call in an emergency is a good feelling.

I am Bob Jones and I know a thing or two about a thing or two. I know my house was nasty, not because I am nasty, but because I live in Savannah and it is Hot and Wet, that is fine if you are with a lady friend but not if you want a clean house that is mold and mildew free! So anywho......I called around to a few different places and MAN, talk about some real fools! I couldn't even understand a few of them! I needed a pressure washer, not a pressure washer and a translator! I finally called this fella named Mike over at All American Pressure Cleaning, the guy was on spot! Quick Quote, Professional and a great price, more importantly, I felt comfortable with the guy and felt that he was going to perform the service better than most. I scheduled my appointment, gave him all my information and hoped for the best. So he sent his Pressure Washing Tech out, young fella by the name of Ray. Pulled up in the coolest A-Team van you ever seen this side of Mr.T's Mohawk and gold chains. Started pulling his hose.....off the trailer and set up. He came to the door, introduced himself, we did a "pre-inspection" together where he pointed out some small maintenance issues I had, then pointed out some of the things he was going to get clean for Bob Jones! I also recognized the logo on Ray's shirt, seen it for years. A few hours go by, hear a knock on the door and ol' Ray asked if I wanted to do a final walkthough to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I was! Ray did a great job, the entire operation was first class from start to finish. About 10 minutes after the A-Team Van pulled away, I got an email with the invoice, paid my bill online at the website and got a nice email from Mike saying he appreciated my business. I may be a whackadoo or a baba booey but I know a thing or two and now I can tell you to call these boys, they know their H20!

Terrible experience! I made an appointment for Monday. Received a text message on Saturday asking if they could go ahead and pressure wash my house. I politely declined due to having previous obligations, hence why I made my appointment for Monday. On Monday, I had not heard from anyone an hour after my appointment even though I received confirmation earlier in the day. I text Mike asking for an update and did not receive a reply. After 2 hours after appointment time, I call Mike directly. He said “let me call my crews and see where they are at and I will call you right back.” I never did receive a call back. I have since booked a different company to pressure wash my house. He obviously has an automated system confirming appointments and following up because I received an email asking how my appointment was. I do not recommend! Communication is key in business and the lack of it and just not showing up for an appointment is poor business.

I recently had the most difficult time trying to find a reputable pressure washing company to come out and pressure wash our 2-story home. After receiving recommendations on this site, I was having difficulty getting a response and or a commitment from a company to come and do the job. Additionally , I had a time constraint as my 5 year old boy was dying to get the Halloween decorations up before I had to depart on business. After several attempts on reaching a company, in conjunction with a company making the commitment and then canceling an hour before the agreed upon time. I went as far as offering triple the normal rate; to no avail. I had lost hope and was forced to tell my kid that I would purchase a new pressure washer and complete the job myself upon return from my business trip. I then received text messages from Mike (owner of All American Pressure Washing). Mike had read my post and immediately adjusted his schedule to accommodate / complete the job. He had his guys show up on less than a days notice. They arrived an hour early and completed the job beyond my expectations (hard to do). The price was far more reasonable than excepted and it was only surpassed by the quality of work and genuine concern for the satisfaction of the customer by his employees. I normally do everything around the house, but after the service I received from All American, I will not be purchasing a new pressure washer and have committed to All American handling all of our pressure washing needs. If you’re looking for great service, price and an overall fantastic job. You need to hire All American. If youre using another company, give them a try on one job. You will not regret it!!

I had a cleaning done and the technicians equipment broke down during the job. He had to use our garden hose to complete the work. I could see mildew spots covering the siding on my home and can see areas that were not washed at all. Unfortunately, I sent the check before noticing how poor the work was. I’ve been trying to contact someone at the firm (4 messages left with the answering service and 2 emails sent) over the last month but no one has returned my call. EDIT - Heard from the owner and working on a resolution EDIT 2 - The owner called and had someone sent the next day. House is perfectly cleaned - just bad luck with last technician. Call center not getting messages conveyed properly.

Their very easily negotiated website allowed me to get an estimate based on the size of the house and schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. I received a couple of emails confirming the appointment. More importantly, they arrived right on time and were done in less than two hours. House looks great! I had Mike from All American Pressure Cleaning do my house and sidewalks last month, the guys did a great job! He emailed a picture with a problem on the roof. Well, that problem is a hole that needs attention fast. I live in NY I didn't know who to call to get a tarp over it, so I asked Mike . Hesaid they already tarped it for me because it was suppose to rain. What a nice man, and how glad I was knowing he would get me a temporary fix until I can get a roofer there. It is not easy caring for a house long distance, but knowing someone to call in an emergency is a good feelling.

I was able to get a price and make the appointment arrangements online which made scheduling painless. I recently had the most difficult time trying to find a reputable pressure washing company to come out and pressure wash our 2-story home. After receiving recommendations on this site, I was having difficulty getting a response and or a commitment from a company to come and do the job. Additionally , I had a time constraint as my 5 year old boy was dying to get the Halloween decorations up before I had to depart on business. After several attempts on reaching a company, in conjunction with a company making the commitment and then canceling an hour before the agreed upon time. I went as far as offering triple the normal rate; to no avail. I had lost hope and was forced to tell my kid that I would purchase a new pressure washer and complete the job myself upon return from my business trip. I then received text messages from Mike (owner of All American Pressure Washing). Mike had read my post and immediately adjusted his schedule to accommodate / complete the job. He had his guys show up on less than a days notice. They arrived an hour early and completed the job beyond my expectations (hard to do). The price was far more reasonable than excepted and it was only surpassed by the quality of work and genuine concern for the satisfaction of the customer by his employees. I normally do everything around the house, but after the service I received from All American, I will not be purchasing a new pressure washer and have committed to All American handling all of our pressure washing needs. If you’re looking for great service, price and an overall fantastic job. You need to hire All American. If youre using another company, give them a try on one job. You will not regret it!!

Mike and his guys were great to work with; they provided pictures of the before/after via text message, gave us feedback, photos and an on the spot quote for fixing our gutters that had separated from the house, and even coordinated for their own water when it turned out our water had already been turned off from the house. They get back to you right away, show up when they say they will and ensure you're happy with the results. They will literally be my first call to have any future work done on our house, even if its not cleaning!

Finally, on Friday, I called them and they said the would come out that day. Well, when I returned home nothing was cleaned. They claimed to have tried to call, I have no missed call or voicemail with explanation. Saturday, I received " computer generated email" that prompts me to pay online!?!? I call Monday morning to ask what is going on. The receptionist says she will have the owner call me back asap. So tonight at 9:30pm, this owner is texting me to inform me that I have misread the email and doesn't offer an apology for the all the confusion. Wow! I am tempted to post the texts..... Best of luck.

I went with this company because I can schedule online. Big mistake. The guy was there and gone in 20 minutes. He damaged the siding and didn't clean the gutters. He lied and said he did. Contacted the company and someone texted me (no calls, only texts, very unprofessional) and they said they were going to send him out again, but he said he cleaned the gutters. They were not cleaned and still haven't been cleaned. The guy also lied and said the damaged siding was already there, but it was NOT. I understand good help is hard to find, but I do not understand not standing behind your work. Standing behind your work is something this company does NOT do. I had to pay quite a bit of money just to have to hire someone else to clean the gutters they were supposed to have cleaned and pay to have siding replaced from where he pressure washed the house. Stay away from this company!!!!
