We like the driver, but everything else is horrible! Everything from sizing of pants and shirts to broken zippers no buttons on pants holes in shirts and pants, after they get your business it just goes downhill from there, can't even get a call back from a supervisor. Going to close our acct soon.
This uniform company is the worst company in the state of Florida. I have had nothing but problems with this company for the last 3 years.
Unifirst is a great company to work with. The customer service is excellent and their product and upkeep is timely with all uniforms, mats, hats, soaps, paper towels, etc. We have the convenience of ordering several different products with only one invoice. It simplifies our accounts payable and we also know we are getting the best pricing with our account rep. We trust Unifirst to treat us well.
Horrible, Terrible and Ineptness on all levels of service. I contracted with them for mechanic uniforms on 11/2015 and right from the very get go it Bad News. The order never came after being told time and time again that they were being processed and would be delivered shortly. In the end they didn't arrive for 3 solid months, due to the fact that Linda M. Goodwin, the account manager had left the order lying on her desk and forgot to process it. Needless to say, things just got worse from then on out. Missing uniforms, missed days of weekly deliveries, patches never sewed on, wrong garments of other customers delivered with the explanation that "We don't know where yours are". Complete ineptitude time and time again. Went to another I went with another due to that fact that I had gone nearly 1 month without service, they tried to sue me with a corrupt and disreputable Attorney, John W. Gardner of Brandon, Fl. and his Cohorts at the American Arbitration Association. What a frikkin' nightmare it has become with these Scam Artist. Beware, you have been warned.

Customer service is really terrible. Any time our business has tried to make contact with our sales rep. they never get back or we always get the run around and nobody ever calls back, claiming everyone is busy right now, we will get back to you. Also, locked us into a contract which was longer than we had originally discussed. Very shady people. Once you sign up, you are locked in and you will never be able to have contact with anyone. So glad we are done with this company!

I hate to say, but this company has really treated us badly . We had been getting serviced by them up until this past June . They broke the agreement we had with Them . Gave no 90 day notice as per our agreement . We have been with them for close to twenty years. I spoke to the manager of the Tampa operation and he was totally unhelpful . Told me that we were too small of a company and wasn't interested in my Business any longer and that I should look for another Uniform company . I even tried to call their corporate headquarters . Their Management wouldn't return my calls . They kept changing Drivers on me . The Best Guy we had was Jeff . After they took him off my Route it was down hill and the service became not so good . If I complained It went to Deaf ears . This is how the Large companies bully us Little companies when they don't want your business any longer . I'm giving other companies warning. Hope they don't do the same to you as they did to me !!!.

Uniform service success or lack thereof is based on the driver....period. We've had the same driver for the entire time we've been associated with Unifirst. Unifirst doesn't treat their delivery system as an entry-level career opportunity; only seasoned drivers fill those van seats. I highly recommend Unifirst, you will receive the highest quality uniforms backed by exceptional service.
I've used UniFirst for 10 years now. The service is exceptional from my driver Carlos. I recently had to call the office and I dealt with Kerry and she went above and beyond for me tracking down an employees uniforms. Unifirst has been our uniform provider for a VERY LONG time, and our driver Henry Jaquez is very pleasant to work with. He is consistent with his service, and I have not had any issues with my rental service. He is quick to respond to any questions that arise, and the turn around time on uniforms being altered, or repaired is timely.

Love the staff and service at Unifirst! We have uniforms for our auto repair shop which get grease and oil all over. The uniforms come back clean and we rarely have any issues. The staff, especially Kerri in the office and our driver Carlos, are just terrific!

Be careful UniFirst has very dishonest business practices, they will go behind your back and have an employee sign a 5 year contract pleas note the contract was made without the owners knowledge and permission . That contract I had made with them still had another year left to go. There was no reason to renew the contract. After they kept raising their prices and the service was terrible since I got this new driver I wanted to change uniform companies I pleaded my case and they agreed they had no choice but to let me go. Even though we had a verbal agreement, shortly after they tried to enforce the contract my employee signed without my permission. Cost me a ton of money in legal fees but at the end they lost this case. Their lawyer is some kind of scheister typical ambulance chaser that tries to wear you out, my advice don't give in keep on fighting to the end !
I run a office of plumbers, and their uniforms get so nasty from the glue, I was concerned about their appearance in the customers home, and Chris reminded me about our warranty plan to replace the uniforms! Our delivery driver Chris is amazing and very helpful in every way possible. Thank you Unifirst for helping make our guys look good while working!

Our driver Chris is great. If I forget to send in my order for gloves for the week he contacts me. He has even made an extra trip to drop off something that I needed at the last moment.
I have to say that we have had a couple of issues and our guy Chris has helped us out in getting those problems fixed right away.
