We started a complete remodel in our master bath and tearing out the shower revealed the previous owners had found termites, self treated and covered it up. No sign of active movement, but we were freaking out. We called Truly Nolan and someone came out that day, did an evaluation and the owner returned the following morning to treat heavily within the bare walls and slab of the bathroom. They were fast and efficient and our contractors were only interrupted for one day. Today, Troy came out to do our second annual inspection. We had lots of questions, because we are relocating in about another year. Troy was wonderful, addressing all of our concerns with warranty and questions we were starting to wonder about, because the house had previously had termites. Whew! Grateful Troy relieved all of our concerns and we found out that truly Nolan will do the termite inspection for free, as a preparation for pitt8ng our home on the market, when the time comes. Great customer service and great people.

I'd like to follow up my earlier review - now that we have resolved the earlier floor scratch that occurred. The Manager at T N responded to my contact about what happened. I provided him w/ evidence of the damage, and got a quote for repairing the wood floor. It took some time to get the flooring co. there to fix it, because of their busy schedule, but every time I contacted the T N manager, he responded and I'm just now waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the repair. I am grateful of their willingness to assess the situation honestly, and shoulder some responsibility for what happened. THAT goes a long way in believing that Customer Service does matter and in being treated fairly. I know we would all rather have not had it happen, but I am pleased with their response in dealing with the situation I previously reviewed. So my rating goes back to 5 stars. (10/1/18) Truly Nolan has always done an outstanding job keeping our home as free of pests as possible. I value their service. However, the reason for leaving 3 stars is this. On their last visit, in finding the source of ants coming into the kitchen, my husband assisted the tech in pulling out the stove to put the poison behind it. The tech decided to push the stove back in place on his own, and put a giant scratch in the hardwood floor. He didn’t say anything to my husband about doing that. Just left. I photographed it.. and called the local TN office... spoke to Jeanette- who is always awesome. She told me the Mgr. was out for the day. (Fri). Said he would either call me next day or Mon. I ended up calling him Mon. afternoon. After sending him the photo, and being told that he would need to see the scratch in person, and begin an investigation... I have yet to hear from him about coming to see the damage.. So until Truly Nolan takes care of what happened in my house, by their tech.. 3 Stars is all they get.

My partner and I decided to get an inspection and quote from Truly Nolan and set up a time for 4:30pm. My partner took off from work early- and at 4:26 received a call saying that the inspector had been waiting 20 minutes, no one was home and was going to leave, and didn’t want to wait the 2 more minutes for us to be home, even though it was before 4:30pm. We actually saw the car drive away too as we were pulling up to our home. We’re just very disappointed - if you set up a time for 4:30, it’s nice to be early but maybe call to make sure we’ll be there at the designated time. I’m sure it was a miscommunication on time so just check to make sure you give potential clients the correct time.
