Horrible customer service. The first time we attempted to use them, we actually never got scheduled. After calling back and speaking with the owner (who we had previously scheduled with), he said they will reschedule. We then used one more time, and the following time they were late again (1 hour and 20 minutes late) and rude. We will not be using these guys again. I recommend that you don't either.

This is a water and fire remediation company, but sooo much more. They cleaned all the tile and grout in my apartment and it looked like new. They also do carpet, oriental rugs, carpet repairs, upholstery cleaning, pet odor removal, and mold removal.

I have used Best Restoration twice in the past month. They are contracted with my apartment building. My first experience was average but my second experience with them was very poor. After the last visit, I contacted the office and spoke with the owner and explained my situation and the service that was provided. At the end of it all, George was great and took time out of his day to speak with me. He was very understanding and a great customer service example.

These guys did a great job cleaning my sectional sofa! They took their time and did a great job and were very professional. After the work was complete I received a call a few days later making sure I was happy with the work. I also received a hand-written card in the mail thanking me for doing business with them. You just don't get this kind of service and follow-up that often today. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends in this area!

From the time the "disaster" took place to the time their crews were on site making repairs was less than 25 minutes. I've never met another company that has such great service and employees as they do and I work with a lot of companies in and around Alachua County. I hope to never find myself needing them for a disaster clean up, but if I do I'll rest assure knowing that they will be fast and efficient.

My beautiful shag throw rug was secretly hiding the urine of either my dogs or cats. (None of them would confess.) I took my rug to these guys and all the stains are gone, and it smells and looks fabulous. They are responsive, accountable, and just have good, solid business practices. We asked for an estimate on cleaning our gross floor tile. We were fully prepared to pay $700 for cleaning & sealing, but the salesman was honest about the issues with the tile. It only ended up costing $150 and our house looks & feels so much better! The guys who came out to clean communicated clearly about the arrival & departure times too. This company is great and we will definitely use them for future professional cleaning.

Best Restoration just finished cleaning up my carpet after a sublease heavily stained and damaged the carpet. The carpet went from looking like there was no hope to looking absolutely brand new with no odors remaining at all. The staff that came to my home was very polite and professional and caused the smallest disturbance as I continued with my normal day routine. They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the end result, which I was. I highly recommend them and their services. While the service technicians are great. Every time I use this company they mess up how much they charge me. I got an invoice for $185 and they charged me $200. This was not the first time this company has done this. They do a fantastic job doing the steam cleaning but the customer service is aweful and are not up front about their pricing. I only used them this time because they have been to my apartment before and didn't want to bother with another company. Will not use again.

We had a rental property than needed Bio-cleaning dealing with not only carpet but bathroom tiles and grouting. They also have had to do bio-cleaning of sub-flooring. My apartment flooded early Monday morning (July 3rd) and this is the company my apartment complex contracts with. (so maybe that's part of why the service was so poor) Anyway, we woke up to standing water in about 50% of the apartment. The first guy that came did a very poor job. Left sitting water in multiple places and didn't use enough fans. He also told us not to move anything off of the soaking wet carpet. That was at about 5am. The second tech came later that day, and did a much better job, yet still left some furniture unmoved (and we have offered to help move things to everyone, it's just a small apartment). That tech told us he'd be back the next day. Never showed up. The next day the same tech showed up around 4pm to check the fans. Told him they weren't ready, but he was more than welcome to check for himself. He declined and said he'd be back the next day (today) between 9 and 10am. No one showed up so I called the company. Was supposed to get a call back, but was reassured it would be done before 3pm, and that their tech would tack the carpet back down. Called again at 2:45pm cause no one had showed up. Was told again I would receive a call. Their tech finally showed up at my apartment at 3:30pm, and not only was he incredibly rude, but he apparently "didn't have time" to fix the carpet. (best part of this ,he was in my apartment less than 15 minutes) He also refused to listen to my explanation that I was promised it would be done twice by his own company.

I have rented steam cleaners and thought our carpet came out nice and clean in the past but I had never had it professionally cleaned. WOW, what a difference! The carpet looks like and feels like new again. It is fluffy and soft and looks really white again. I can't believe the difference it made and for a very good price. The technicians arrived punctually and were very professional and friendly. They had these cool little foam lifting pads they used for our furniture which lifted it up out of the way so they could get underneath our tables and chairs, etc.. Everything came out really well and they were done in less than an hour. If you want to have your carpets looking and feeling like new again without paying to replace it, I highly recommend these guys. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. After being gone out of my home for 2 months, and I had made a mistake of having my AC on 77 which caused mildew and mold in my home everywhere, and after some careful consideration and researching I felt confidence enough to go with these guys, Dan, Daniel, the 2 I talked to the most, and the rest of their crew who helped cleaned everything josh, Carlos, they had quoted me to start today (wendsday) and then they asked to start on Tuesday, which was even better for me to start as quickly as they could as ever been in a hotel room since Sunday and being stressed out on getting things done, and the owner, Dan, and Daniel made my stress so much easier, by texting as I am hard of hearing, they also took the time to answer questions that my roommate and I had even if it was a million questions, not only they quoted me and I asked for a payment plan, they told me to put a certain amount down and can come up with a plan, but when they told me they was convincing enough that I am mold free and finished quicker than they had planned, Dan was going to talk to his billing person and then he spoke to the owner and then came back to us and said they would forgive the rest of the balance if we paid them in hugs and we did, as I cried, I felt relieved that it was a break that I needed and compassion they had to help a first time home owner and gave me peace of mind and will always use them for future things that is needed, I hope not to have this issue again, but they will be my go to people to recommend and I will forever be grateful how quickly and patience they had with me, to the owner you hired wonderful people thanks again from the bottom of my heart.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and was lucky enough to get a team very next afternoon. Friday, I got a call as promised 30 minutes prior to my teams arrival. Every aspect of the transaction was professional, courteous, and efficient. Carlos and his partner reviewed what needed to be completed, and made it happen. I had tile and grout cleaning, shower floor cleaned and carpet repaird, stretched and cleaned. My home is on the market and I wanted to to show as beautifully as possible. I couldn't be happier with the results, my expectations were exceeded. I wish I'd found them sooner!

I had scheduled a steam clean multiple weeks in advance and the evening before, 5PM, they called to cancel my 10 am appointment because there was a meeting that their employees had to attend. The reason why I wanted my carpet to be steam cleaned was because I have a baby on the way...any day now. I was very upset that they called the night before to cancel on me. I then said that I can have them come anytime of the day, even after the meeting. The secretary stated that their meeting was for all day. My question is... how do you not know if there is a meeting for the day that you have a booking? I stated that I would like a discount or I will not continue their service. The secretary stated she will ask her manager. I then asked for a phone call to confirm a discount. As you may have guessed, it was next afternoon and I never got a phone call. So I called again and the person that picked up stated that she had no idea about me getting a possible discount. I stated that I would like a phone call to let me know if there would be a discount. So of course I never got a phone call again. I called the next day again and then they said they would give me one room for free. Due to their lack of professionalism, and even after me continuously calling them back about getting a discount, I cancelled with them and went with a more reputiabe company, Stanley Steamer, even if I had to pay more. At least they were able to fit me in the same day as calling them and their costumer service was amazing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I am a local broker and meet a lot of contractors, this is by far the most scammy company I have ever dealt with in my life. I decided to have them quote on projects that 2 of my clients had going on. First and foremost, they try to get you to do the mold remediation without an air quality test first, which is not allowed in the state of FL, if you have substantial mold. This simply just allows them to skimp and not be held accountable in the end for the "after remediation" testing. After finding all this out, I asked them for an air quality testers contact number, they accidentally gave me the number of someone who literally hates them... funny, ironic and odd? The guy proceeded to smash the company saying what an absolute scam they are. Kind of a funny mistake.... I still proceeded because I figured I will evaluate myself, and give my clients this information but told them to take it with a grain of salt, its a small town maybe its nothing. It only gets worse. DO not believe their quote, they are substantially higher by the end. They never answer the phone, very poor customer service. When they do answer, it is false promises or they say they sent things they never did. In fact one of the employees Joy, did this to BOTH of my clients separately that do not know each other at all, so I know its what they do. "Oh I definitely sent that to you already, but I am not at my computer now so just give me some time." Than never sends it until the 10th call. I will never recommend them to a client ever again, 2 separate clients of mine are mad I even suggested them so WARNING to other agents and homeowners. STAY CLEAR
