They went out of their way to help us fix a problem we were having with our system the day that it happened so that we could work the next day. Their chemical product line has also been fantastic. It might seem expensive at first but they perform better than what you can buy elsewhere. We look forward to purchasing more equipment and chemicals from them for years to come!

My metal roof was almost just as moldy as it was when it was cleaned less than a year ago. Lots of promises of it lasting 3-5 years, but it only lasted maybe 10 months on mine before it needed another cleaning. My roof is a 6 year old metal roof so it is in great condition and this product failed to perform. When my contractor reached out to them, they did not back their product and made excuses for the reason this could have happened. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You are better off cleaning your roof with water. And yes this product smells like bleach like the other 1 star gentleman states. The other reviews are probably from contractors making big bucks on a product that is being promoted like the newest and best product in the market.

Called several times no answer or reply, For a few quotes from other local companies and when I called a softwash systems certified Company all they worried about wash bashing all the other companies instead of selling themselves and being professional. It's a diaphragm pump with Chlorine and soaps. It's not rocket science like they say.

You decieve people by using bleach and masking the smell. Calling your product Green wash to decieve people is wrong. You are a snake oil salesman and your soft wash revolution is a joke. One day you will decieve the wrong person and be out of business.
