EDIT: They showed up on-time - very nice guys, who have offered to do our whole living room for $45. Thank you to everyone at SERVPRO Columbia & Suwannee for your service! I made an appt last week to have a small area of my living room carpet cleaned today. I just got a call that they have to bump my appt because they got a last minute call for water damage that is far away from Lake City, and will use up all their available crew. While I’m not happy that the appt I’ve had for a week is being bumped for something else with no exception, I understand that things happen. The gal on the phone was genuinely upset about causing any inconvenience. While I truly did not mean to hurt her feelings by being candid with her about being unhappy about this appt being moved - the fact that she showed how much it mattered to her that my opinion of SERVPRO could be negatively impacted by this proves just how much they do care about customer service. I hope they’re able to keep our rescheduled appt time/date.
