He was pleasant, professional, and clearly worked hard, especially on some trouble spots and difficult stains. This is probably the fifth year that we've reached out to ServiceMaster for cleaning. I love this carpet cleaning company. I made the mistake of trying other companies before this one. Ted cleaned my carpet 2 times! He is very friendly and does a great job! I even had him come back for a pesky spot that wouldnt come out. Great service! They also do tile, couches, ect.
