Really needed a good house cleaning today. Here are just a few pictures. Most items on their website checklist completely ignored. Company coming tomorrow. I thought his would be one more thing off my plate. I'm not sure what they attempted to clean with, but my house smells weird. I called the owner and she said she could have someone back out, but I don't even want them back in my house.

I am always nervous about finding a new cleaning service for my home in Tampa. I called Maid to Order when my home was empty to have it cleaned. It is a large home with tons of tiles, baseboards, window and ceiling trim throughout, and 30 reachable windows that pop and open flat.They did an absolutely superb job making the house look brand new. The windows were cleaned inside and out, and everything was spotless. I am so thrilled to have found them! They are also incredibly honest and kind. I would absolutely recommend.

I had Lisa and Stephanie come to my home that was an absolute disaster. I have laundry literally piled about 6 feet high and they ripped through it in about 40 minutes!!! Something I could have never dream to achieve lol then Stephenie want to my son's room which I told her was hopeless so don't worry about the closet..... SHE CLEANED IT IN 15 MINUTES!!!!!

Maid to Order "made" me a satisfied customer. I had hired them in April and was very satisfied w their work, and they completed everything within 90 min's including doing a great job cleaning a very dirty oven. Then I hired them to clean my 2 bedroom on 6/11/19, and I wasn't having a good experience at all with a language barrier, cleaners not following the instructions to call and then taking ridiculously longer than the first crew did, even though both crews were thorough. I call Maid to Order and they understood my frustrations and made me a satisfied customer. I would recommend them to others. I also approve of them not using toxic cleaning materials.

Based on the OWNER's response to the negative review below, I will most certainly NOT be using this company. As an employee in the Customer Service Field, the most important aspect of any successful business is their attitude and overall mission towards new and existing clientele. The reviewer below is correct--the customer is ALWAYS right. Any company that chooses to ignore this will never receive my business. Not to mention how the OWNER of the company acted completely inappropriately in responding to this review. I am in awe at her unprofessional and frankly RUDE attitude toward an unhappy client. If a company, much less the owner, chooses to publicly reply to negative reviews, they better use the upmost courtesy and professionalism. Her condiscending remarks toward the review was appalling. If you're coming into my home, I expect the upmost courteous, professional staff from a company that I trust. They are dealing with your client's personal belongings for goodness sakes! If the owner acts this rude and unprofessional PUBLICLY--on a site that millions of consumers and potential clients visit daily, I can only imagine how her staff acts towards the clientele directly and indirectly. There are hundreds of cleaning services in the Bay Area so, to the reviewer below, thank you for helping me narrow down my search. I will not be giving this company my business. **TO THE OWNER-- look into reading "Delivering Happiness" by Tony Hsieh. Hopefully you will improve your business practices moving forward. It also might be best to look into increasing your general liability insurance and workers comp. "Spot" cleaning is not cleaning--it is simply "straightening up." Your customers are not requesting your services for a mediocre cleaning. Rugs and furniture need to be moved in order to be cleaned properly.

Our company has been working with Maid to Order for almost 6 months now. We have them handle several vacation rental properties for us. They are able to handle the large amount of cleanings on a weekly and monthly basis. It is clear that Joanne and Dianna take their jobs seriously and strive to provide the best service possible. I would recommend them to anyone whether it's for business or residential.

I was very disappointed with Maid to Order. After reading the reviews and seeing the 5 star ratings I was sure that the cleaning would be impeccable, not to mention the $140.00 I paid for the service. Unfortunately, the cleaning was sub par and the maids did not dust in certain areas, the beds were not cleaned underneath, the rug was not moved for sweeping and mopping, and the couch was also not moved nor cleaned or cleaned under. Cindy who is the go between offered the maids come out again to re-do the floors and they did however it was still not done well. I would recommend that if you are spending as much as I did that you go somewhere else. . To the owner: I now understand why the cleaning was sub par, because your customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Business tip 101, the customer is always right. I feel as a consumer of the services that were offered that I let people know that the team you sent out did not do a good job. Furthermore, why would you send the same team out to re-do the condo that did not do a good job the first time? Of course I told them it was fine, I was on my lunch break, and in a hurry to get back to work and walk my dogs I did not have time to show them that they STILL did not do a good job, they didn't even move the area rug to mop under it. The woman who made the appointment informed me that you all are the best. You are not the best. when I pay for a product and service I expect to get my moneys worth, I would hope you would want them same for yourself, clearly you do not, it is just about the money for this business, not the service. Also, I tried to leave the comment on the website, but, you have the feature disabled, no surprise there. Furthermore, this 99% of great reviews are people that YOU asked to post on the site so please do not kid yourself that they are all genuine. Have a nice day.

WOW! My house has never been cleaned this well before! I thought that our bathroom sink could never become sparkling white again after long term exposure to a slow drip from the faucet that we are having trouble fixing, but Maid to Order came out yesterday and totally cleaned it to a sparkling white finish! They also cleaned the ceiling fans and the grout in the showers, and even mopped their way out the door when they were finished! I highly recommend them!
