I called this service to clean an empty townhouse. I gave specific instructions for what needed to be taken care of and was quoted a price. Had to call back after they had been there and give specific instructions again. This time was told the refrigerator and stove was extra. I agreed to pay the extra and they came back. They wiped the refrigerator down and if they touched the stove, I could not tell. $326 bill. Not happy with the service I received.

Quoted me $80 an hour and left me a bill for $175. When I called about it they came up with a slew of excuses that they did not tell me before such as "Oh you were quoted a regular cleaning but the first cleaning's always more" "Oh 108 for the first cleaning is only the lower range, it could go up to 162" and all sorts of other BS. AVOID AT ALL COST. Dishonest business.

Overall experience was just okay. Was not impressed. Cleaning quality was mediocre. However, service was VERY EXPENSIVE. I had requested 1 or 2 maids to clean a small one-bedroom and they sent 3 maids. I had requested service after 5pm and they called me at 2:45pm to inform that they have arrived at the apartment. I asked them to wait outside for 10min, but they entered by taking keys from leasing office. I requested a deep clean but was not satisfied with how well the counter tops and the bathroom were cleaned.

Didn't do anything special. Wanted a full service job. Got a over wipe down of a 400 square foot condo. Laundry not put away, didn't clean laundry closet, etc. Trash still in concerts of room and bathroom. Didn't make the small condo nice looking.

I've used there services for 3 months now. If you want a GREAT deep clean service I highly recommend them as they will clean every corner of your home. I am rating them a 3 due to the last two services where i was not impressed with the service. I felt like I was just paying for dusting and vacuuming (things I can definitely do myself). They do not include washing dishes in there basic service. But it is available at an additional cost. I would not rule them out if you are looking for house cleaning. They may have not been a good fit for us doesn't mean they won't be for you.

Only green cleaning products used and it makes me feel great about my apartment being clean and safe for my pets. Everyone I have talked to has been very friendly and responsive. The initial cleaning seemed expensive, but when I saw the results. My home was significantly cleaner than my most optimistic expectation.

All of the reviews from “Google Users” are undoubtedly fake. I hired this company to clean my home after a remodel prior to selling it. They did a very poor job and my realtor had to wait for another company to come in to *actually* clean my house before listing it. It was so bad that my credit card company refunded my money. The staff is incredibly rude as well.

I have used Maid Brigade weekly for 17 years, which probably says quite a bit about my opinion of their service. Over that many years, I have had small problems now and then, but their customer service in that regard is spectacular. I have had many teams over the years and all of them have consistently provided shining service and gone beyond what was expected. I love Maid Brigade.

I am thrilled with the customer service of Maid Brigade for both the call center and the actual maid service itself. I have used a competitor in the area and paid more per cleaning and did not receive near the quality of customer service that I have with Maid Brigade. Everyone I have encountered with this company has been professional, polite, and executed their job phenomenally. I work over 80+ hours, 7 days a week, and having this service and company helping keep my apartment clean is invaluable. Thank you to everyone and the teams at Maid Brigade!

Unfortunate - Communication just an issue. Cleaning Good, not bad at all, wasn't the best I ever had but OK. But to re-schedule is difficult.And then times change and they don't notify you...when you question it, they become argumentative , almost insulting.... Don't play that way ,,,,, should be about the client/customer , Moving on....

Poor cleaning service, they charged me 136$ for only kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the living area, i must say that my place was in a good condition not that dirty. I live in 2 bedroom apartment i asked them not to clean the bedrooms and still they charged too much !!

I would give 0 star if I can. Scheduled cleaning service this morning but they never showed up. Not even a call! Very disappointed! Customer service from Monday to Friday, I don’t even have a place to complain. If they can’t provide service on Weekends then let us know. I would definitely not let them make any money from me and I hope you find my post useful.

Terrible customer service called for a quote. She didn't ask any questions about date or time. She didn't provide a set price or tell you what was extra and then gave a range. Every thing I asked about was extra and then they said they didn't even know when they would come between 8 and 4. Unprofessional.
