When Benjamin and his crew from Krystal Klean arrived, they were on time as promised. They walked with me around my house noting the mold and mildew that had accumulated on the walls and around the eves over a long time. My job was pressure washing the house and three shutters. Benjamin offered and I agreed to also include clearing clogged gutters on my screened patio addition. Within one hour the project was completed. I am so pleased with the results! Now I think I must have the cleanest house in my neighborhood! I'm telling all my friends to contact Krystal Klean because of the great job and friendly manner they showed me!

I hired Krystal Klean sight unseen based off of such good Yelp reviews. I have to say that my expectations were pretty high with such good reviews. They were sadly not met. I ordered the deep clean package which covers sweeping and moping all of the floors. After the service my floors had obvious spots that were not cleaned, no furniture was moved and my couches are not heavy. They slide on tile very easily. The bathrooms and kitchen were adequately cleaned, but the master shower looks like it wasn't touched. I'm pretty disappointed and will not use them again.

This company is beyond unprofessional!!!!! WOW. I hired them to pressure clean a property I manage and the workers they sent out were extremely rude, swearing to each other in front of my customers and left without cleaning up the mess of water bottles where they parked their trailer. The job was ok but I would not recommend them. Poorly run business!

I hired them to remove some rust stains (from fertilizer) from my sidewalk. Their sales guy did a sample which worked fine, so I hired them. The team showed up and could not remove the stains to the same degree as the sample. They also managed to stain my sidewalk with permanent white blotches from the chemical, and also the edges of my sidewalk were destroyed by the application to the point where the rocks of the concrete are now exposed. When I discussed this with them they merely said "their goal was to remove rust only". So, they not only failed to remove rust, but they damaged the driveway further. These guys might be good at window washing, but do NOT use them for anything serious. It cost me $300 and my sidewalk looks worse now UPDATE: I received an email from Krystal Klean, who agreed to reverse the billing and, in return, asked me to specifically remove my online review. In the spirit of update, I have not had to pay them $300, which is good, because it actually cost me more than $300 to have my damaged sidewalk removed and repoured. However, I will not remove my review as it is factual and if I was shopping for a cleaning service, I would be grateful to honest and accurate reviews.

This afternoon my neighbor was using them to power wash the outside of his house. One of the men working knocked on my door and asked if he can get in my backyard to finish the side of the neighbors house. I tell him yes just give me a minute to let my dogs inside. When I bring them in they are DRENCHED in bleach. I share my concerns with the worker telling him if they ingested it it could make them really sick and hurt their skin/eyes. He then tells me “just give them a bath we’re only here to work on your neighbors house”. If you were here to “only work on the neighbors house” then why did your product get in MY yard and all over MY dogs? If there was even the slightest chance of any of the cleaning chemicals getting onto my property at least give a notice to make sure children/animals aren’t in the front/backyard until the job is done. Show a little consideration. When I came up to their truck to get the company name and number the same worker approached me telling me not to call and to “just give the dogs a bath” and telling me that they never should have been outside. They wouldn’t have been if I would have received proper notice. I never got an apology, never got asked if my dogs were okay. Terrible communication and customer service.

I have a picky neighbor. One of those people that is very hard to please. He is one of those guys that loves to tell me how much better things are "up nawth". The waiters, the garbage men, the taxi drivers, the chefs, everything is so much better up there; I can't understand why he doesn't move back. Anyway, he asked me for a recommendation on someone to pressure wash his house, roof, driveway. I was hesitant to recommend Krystal Klean because I love the guys there. They have been cleaning my restaurants and houses for over ten years and I did not want to subject them to this nut job neighbor of mine. I knew that no matter how well Jeremy's boys cleaned his house he would come yap about how they missed a spot or how long it took or how expensive it was. But, I did give him the Krystal Klean recommendation. In fact, I think he expected it because I had just had my house and driveway cleaned by them. Now, I did not give Jeremy (Krystal Klean Guy) a heads up about this nut, although I thought about it. You could have knocked me over with a feather when Mister Jersey came over and told me how much money those boys could be making in New York. He was thrilled. I was happy. The neighborhood was happy because his house looked much better. I have been a customer of Krystal Klean for over ten years. I have written them literally hundreds of checks. I have never regretted writing one of them. They hire the best people and service and their reputation are their priorities. Ed Malin 6-17

The most professional, detail oriented, and polite company I have ever worked with! I hired them to clean my dad's roof (he is 70, and was still cleaning it himself!!). While he originally didn't see the need to hire a company to clean his roof, when he could technically do it himself, he was so impressed with Krystal Klean, that he always uses them now. Very reasonably priced, and they always do an amazing job. I have since hired them to clean the windows on my home, and my roof as well. I thought, I'll try Krystal Klean since the price kinda beats doing it myself or having a handy-person do it (rent pressure washer, get ladder, manage work, overclean, underclean, blast stuff, etc.) I had never used these guys before. It ended up exceeding my expectations. The house looks great. They hit the awning things and the edge around the roof. And all the cement. Gonna do this once a year probably. Fine work! ... I have a large single story layout ranch house. U shaped driveway. Brick. Sidewalk around the side and back. Large cement porch.

Completely unprofessional! I live in a condo complex and my building was scheduled to be pressure washed and no one from Krystal Klean even showed up! Now their giant lift parked in the emergency vehicle lane in front of my building- which is impeding traffic on my narrow street- will be left there for days. I tried contacting them about it but no response. I certainly wouldn't ever do business with them after this.

I recently moved to a new rental house in Neptune Beach, and contacted Krystal Klean for pressure washing and window cleaning. They were out quickly to do an estimate and then scheduled me soon after. I am very pleased with the results. There was a porch with a pretty bad mold problem that they did wonders on. I have been a customer of Krystal for seven years or more. I have my windows cleaned in my home at least twice a year. I tip the guys well. I made an appointment over one week ago for 1:00 today. I called after they were ten minutes later and the dispatcher said “oh, they will be at least an hour late”. NO CALL. I found out myself. I fired them today. That is what you get for loyalty.
