Been using DCA for some years now. Yes, on a rare occasion they do make a mistake. But they have always stepped up, admitted their mistakes and financially took care of the problem. Overall, great service at a fair price. Can't ask for too much more.

I have been going here for years. But when i stopped in on Friday and explained due to some unforseen family events I forgot to drop off my son's school shirts and asked if I could possibly have 1 shirt ready on Saturday, tge lady at the counter said no. So i asked if they could have 1 shirt ready on Monday at 7am (keep in mind these shirts are only cotton tee uniforms) again i was told the earliest it could be ready was after 4pm on Monday. Now this is a dry cleaner i have been using for years and take no less than $200 a month to them regularly. They dont care about customer loyalty. When i told the employee i would take my business elsewhere for now on, her reply was OK. So apparently they dont need your business. So if you are in a pinch to have your dry cleaning done THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. In the past I used Top Hat cleaners in Auburndale but for convenience I switched to here. I drove to Top Hat and they said it would not be a problem to pick up 1 shirt late Saturday and even said i could actually have ALL 5 of the t-shirts cleaned by closing business day on Saturday. Sometimes its worth the out of the way drive to get GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and feel like an appreciated customer. Switching back to Top Hat.

Great place! Get my school uniforms cleaned and pressed each week. Always cleaned and pressed correctly, if there is any issue they will fix it with no questions asked. Definitely recommend this dry cleaner for any of your dry cleaning needs.

I took my bedspread in to be cleaned and they threw it on the floor. I normally use Top Hat Dry Cleaner's and had decided to try Dry clean America. I won't make that mistake again!
