DayStar gave us a prompt & professional inspection of our home. The representative was courteous & gave us an overview of their services. He listened to what we wanted done, & they have continued to do exactly what we've asked. We aren't on a regular schedule, but rather call them when our house needs cleaning; they schedule us in as quickly as possible & bill us accordingly. We have been very pleased.

An awful experience with Daystar. No pre-vacuum was the first sign of more bad to come. After about an hour, the carpets were soaking wet. The worker said it was a little wet but would dry quickly. It wasn't a "little" wet but, totally wet. After a couple of hours it wasn't beginning to dry so I call the manager of Daystar. He came out immediately with 4 large, industrial fans for drying. They ran over-night. By noon the next day the carpets were dry. When the manager came to pick up the fans, he apologized again for the inconvenience and extremely unprofessional job his worker had done. He offered 1/2 price for the next cleaning. When the carpets were ready to clean again, I attempted to make an appointment but, my requests go unanswered. I do not recommend Daystar. There are other carpet cleaners in Bay County that do a much better job at half the price.

I used Daystar to perform post-construction cleanup and pressure washing. The everyone that came to clean did an excellent job! They were all prompt, polite and very thorough. The house is probably cleaner that it has ever been. I will use Daystar again in the future and definitely recommend Daystar to anyone who needs cleaning services.

We used Daystar Cleaning to give our house a thorough cleaning. It needed a deep cleaning that I have been unable to do. Renata, Nancy and Colleen were excellent workers. The house looks like new; everything sparklesand smells so good. Our delicate curios each got a careful wipe-down; they were very professional about taking care of such delicate items. Renata cleaned our big picture windows without a streak as well as the rest of the windows throughout the house. Great job!

First impressions are everything! This company has lost my interest. I had an estimate appointment scheduled for 8:30a, at 8:35a I called to see what happened and if the workers got lost and the person answered and said, "They just walked out the door.
