They came out yesterday to supposedly clean my carpets, you couldn't even tell they had done anything. My little carpet cleaner from Sam's club does a better job. Basically, I paid $150 for them to vacuum my carpets. They are not returning my phone calls. Poor service, poor product.

Finding a great service provider these days can be hard. I would just like to say I really appreciate the job Seth did for us. He was running a little ahead and gave us a call instead of just showing up. Once he arrived he explained everything upfront and we knew the cost before he started. We thought the price was very reasonable. The carpets dried quickly and looked great. We will continue to recommend and use Seth for all of our carpet and tile needs.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County. Seth did a fantastic job, removing some old stains from my carpet, removed pet odors as well. The technician arrived on time, did a thorough job, explained the process to me and let me know what to expect and how long it would take for the carpets to dry.. They actually dried in less time that Seth said they would. I recommend this particular Chem-Dry to everyone in the Hillsborough County area and especially to everyone that lives in the South Shore area as it is important to support local businesses. The service was friendly - from the booking to the completion of the job. The cleaning crew arrived on time for the appointment, and were very professional. They did a thorough job, placed the furniture back in the original spots, and finished in a timely manner. I work from home and was concerned about noise, etc. As promised, they were quieter than I expected, and got the job done in about an hour. I will use them again, and confidently recommend this service provider.

Having never used an upholstery cleaning service before, we weren't sure which company to go with. After reading many online reviews, like this one, we decided to give Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County a try - and we're so glad we did! Seth is incredibly professional, and was able to effectively and efficiently clean our couch and a chair. Aside from being cleaned for general, everyday use, our couch is also used as a favorite napping spot by our 70 pound dog and Seth was able to still get it looking and smelling like new! His pricing is also right on the money for the services rendered. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again when needed!

I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County. We had a very large area rug in our living room that had stains and spots all over it. I figured we'd have to buy a new rug. Instead, Seth was recommended to us to try having it cleaned before just trashing the rug. By the time Seth was finished, the rug looked as close to brand new as possible. Saved me a ton of money because I didn't have to buy a new rug. Thanks Seth and Chem-Dry. You guys rock!!!

When I called to inquire about having my carpets cleaned Rhonda was very professional and helped me tremendously get it scheduled and answered all my questions. Then I was emailed the name of the person who would be coming to clean my carpets and what time they would be at my home, so I knew in advance who would be showing up. I have used Seth and his men many times over the years. I had 4 dogs and 7 kids in my last rental home, including a Basset Hound with oily skin. He not only got the dirt from their paws and skin out of the carpet but deodorized it so you couldn’t smell dog anymore. He did this with 3 homes I rented and I received my full security deposit back each time! He also rearranged his schedule at the last minute on a Friday afternoon to accommodate my request for a time change. He is prompt, reliable, honest and works miracles on my heavily used carpets. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Seth Raper at Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County came to the rescue and was incredible! We've been in our new house now for 2 years, our dream home. On a Monday morning we walked into a guest bedroom to find half of the carpet and closet soaked in water .... the A/C air handler inside the house had backed up and leaked water. We were sick to our stomachs. After the A/C guy came out and fixed it, I looked online and found rave reviews on Set Raper and Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County. Thankfully, he and his services did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. He moved the furniture and items in the closet, removed the water, set-up industrial fans for several days, to totally dry out the carpet and pad, used his electronic probe to confirm no moisture was left, and even applied a chemical to prevent and mold and mildew. He was quick to arrive in an emergency situation, very thorough, great communication, all at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Seth at Chem-Dry of Hillsborough County!

This was the worst job I've seen on carpet cleaning. the area rug was dirtier after they finished than when they began. I wasn't home when it was done and when I returned, I was shocked! Rented a cleaner from Home Depot to fix the mess.

Wow is all I can say!!!! I called Seth to book an appointment and he was able to accommodate my schedule and got out right away.
