Their methods are kid & pet friendly, along with the special cleaner to help a customer like me with large dogs in a small house! Scheduling was easy & they were on time. Used Champion Chem Dry for the first time today. Not completely happy with their work. Roger does not clean close to the molding/edge. When he is done and the carpets are dry, you have to vacuum up all the hairballs left behind by the machine. Also, the guy's truck left oil spots in my driveway.

Highly recommend this company. Three reasons. First, I needed a carpet cleaner that was kid and pet friendly and Champion Chem-Dry is just that. Second, if you call you get a real person and if they say they will call you back they actually DO! Oh, and the third reason, they do a great job and the carpets are clean and beautiful!

I live on the 3rd floor of an apt building. It's sometimes hard to find carpet cleaners that will service a 3rd floor. 2 friendly men came out with a portable unit and did a wonderful job. It looks great, is drying MUCH faster and I can tell it already helped with allergens even though I didn't order the sanitizer.
