I have gone to Rehoboth Beach for close to 30 years and have owned properties for nearly 10 years. I hired that guy with a Broom once and only once. I had a scheduled cleaning they showed up and did not clean at all. To make matters worse they did not communicate with me at all. Never called to explain nor did they answer my phone calls. I was extremely disappointed.

NO attention to detail. Contracted for a deep spring clean and 20 seasonal rental cleanings. Apparently they don't touch decks, porches or shower areas!!! Baseboards, windowsills were left full of dust and numerous other deep clean items not done. Don't pay for that! A lot of tongue and cheek email responses deflecting the obvious by the company. Not cute! Subsequent cleanings missed bathrooms entirely, dishwasher left with dirty dishes, wet rugs left in laundry room, sliders were not washed, beds were not made up for the next renter. They don't even put trash can liners in to prevent disasters for next cleaning. Decks were not cleaned or swept and furniture was not put back. No attention to detail. QC person was suppose to check after cleanings. Many attempts with pictures to get the process up to par. After 2 attempts coming back, bathroom floor still was not cleaned. I think you should know how to make a bed before you apply for a job here or ask someone how it is done.

We are new to Delaware. We moved to Ocean View in November and started looking for someone to clean our house. We had a great relationship with the people who clean for us in NJ and wanted to same. After a few nightmares we went on home advisor looking for recommendations and “The Guy with a Broom” was listed. When we called Dylan to inquire about the service he was professional but in a warm, friendly way which reminded us of home. We made an appointment to meet. Dylan and Daisy came by so they could check out the house and understand our needs and wants in order to see if we were a fit for each other. We were!! They left us with an invite to their office and a some much needed info about the area to help us connect with our new community. The team he sent was professional, warm and friendly just like Dylan & Daisy. They left our home clean and fresh. It was so nice to walk into a clean home without having had to do the heavy lifting.
