George is fantastic! He is personable, on-time, flexible with dates and does a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing carpets & couches. I've hired him to clean both my home carpets and those of my small business (my shop carpets get grimy, as I own a fishing shop where guys come in and track all sorts of muck through the place). George did a great job on my carpets. Note to self: next time, get the puppy first and then new carpets. Everything looks new again. Two of my area rugs are fairly light (a pale grey and the other an off-white cream), and both are back to their original shades. In addition to doing a great job, they were on time, friendly, and worked quickly -- four area rugs and my hallway runner in less than an hour. It would have taken me a weekend to work my way through everything while juggling everything else I need to accomplish, and I doubt I'd get the same results as I have now. I'll definitely use them again!

Showed up late. Before even enterinf said 95% of what we clean is human skin. Then said we dont think we can get stains out. They were dirt from muddy shoe . I didnt see any effort to get the hard to clean traffic areas clean. Hired another local carpet cleaner had them re lean one room 100% cleaner then the stuart job. I think they were only interested in getting to the next job. Of and dont fall for the the carpet will look cleaner when it drys. Do not reccommend this company, theres better cleaners out there.
