I took my daughter prom dresses for alterations and the lady did a wonderful job. Do not know her name, but she is a white lady, mid fiftys with an foreign accent, she is awesome!!!! She fixed my daughter prom dress, and two other gala dresses..no problem! Little expensive, but is worth it! Definitely,will keep taking them there.

Great service, great cleaners. Unlike the cheap $1 shirt places that will fade your clothing quickly, I have been going to Seymour's for years with no issues.

I want to give this business ZERO stars, but the system deems I give at least one - that is being generous at best!! I like to give credit where it is due but I got the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service ever here!! It took them over 1 hour and 10 minutes to find my garments and they were only able to find them because another worker was called back into the office to help with the search. There were 2 younger girls working there who had LESS THAN ZERO compassion or consideration for any of the customers that came in - cell phone usage seemed to be the priority for them. Their attitudes were horrible - neither offered an apology for my wait or seemed concerned. I noticed another woman that came in for a sweater that still was not ready after she had made 3 trips to them...really! My suggestion is that both girls be fired because the level of incompetence was mind blowing...steer clear of this place unless you want low/no service, maximum frustration and wallet shock due to the extremely high prices!!!

Monday went in to ask about getting dress alterations. Young white lady told me come tomorrow because lady that does alternates left for the day. Tuesday come back same thing. This time African American lady apologizes to me and told me to come back Friday at 5pm and the lady that does alterations will be in. She assured me because I had been there twice already. Friday go in at 438pm, the lady is not in. I was so frustrated after being told to come back. Very unprofessional. I will not be back for their business.
