No one wants to need to call a restoration company, but if you do this is the right one to call. The owner is actively involved in the jobs and has an excellent crew. I would definitely recommend this Serve Pro!

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate their prompt availability and their professionalism. They quit the job after ruining the deck in a botched power wash. They promised to fix it and then called and quit because they did not think they could finish the job of repairing their mistake and finishing other work requested to my satisfaction. Fortunately, I had not given them a deposit. They cannot be trusted to do good work or be honest. And this was not the fault of the summer hires sent to do the job.

I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Southern Delaware County. As a gift to my mom, I hired SERVPRO to do a deep clean of our home. This included windows inside and out and carpet cleaning. I called Danielle direct and she sent people out immediately. I will definitely use them again!!

Serv Pro of Southern Delaware County - a 5 star experience Update: Aug. 2018. We think the hallmark of a good company is how they handle issues. We had a minor challenge with our extensive restoration work several months after the job wrapped up. The issue couldn't have been foreseen. Serv Pro quickly responded to assess the issue and promptly sent a team out to make a thorough repair. Serv Pro stood behind their work and ensured we continued to be satisfied. Anthony is masterful at making sure customers have a smooth experience. We are writing to express our appreciation for the professionalism and quality work provided by Serv Pro of Southern Delaware County. During the 2017 Christmas holiday season, we experienced water damage in our home. The water flowed into our kitchen, dining room, and through the ceiling into our finished basement. Now that the rebuild is done, we reflected upon what made this challenging situation unfold smoothly. Ultimately, we credit the knowledge and expertise of the Serv Pro personnel from start to finish. Upon placing a call to Serv Pro, a team promptly appeared with the proper equipment to begin the drying process. They clearly explained what was happening and what needed to occur to prevent further damage. They also identified water damage in areas we hadn’t considered. They were extremely thorough and cognizant of the fact the we were under duress. They also followed up. We received phone calls as promised and they came out to see how things were progressing. Once the water damage was remediated, the rebuild team took over. The leader of the rebuild team invested the time to visit our property on several occasions. He identified items that needed to be addressed to properly restore our home and was exceptionally focused on quality and service. He compiled an exact and thorough estimate that upon review by our insurance company was deemed fair and reasonable. Because the estimate was so specific and complete, we didn’t have to waste time going back and forth with our insurance company. The leader of the rebuild team then assembled a talented team of craftspeople to do the rebuild work. From our perspective, this is where Serv Pro truly stands out. We were matched with truly outstanding craftspeople. Not only were they skilled, they were also personable, dedicated, punctual, and even clean. In addition, the rebuild team lead possessed a superior knowledge of just about everything related to home construction. He explained in clear terms what would happen and made sure we understood each step of the rebuild process. He was also incredibly open to feedback and asked for input along the way. The team's stellar work and collaborative approach negated the need for a final punch list. Throughout it all, Serv Pro supported us. They made sure we always knew what was happening and helped us to move swiftly to restoration of our property. And, they kept communication lines open. They didn’t rely upon automated calls. Instead, they stood shoulder to shoulder with us and capably steered us through the experience. While we can’t say we were glad this happened, we are glad Serv Pro was there to help. Very happy with the work that was done. The sales rep came out promptly when we called, took pictures, gave us advice to help us mitigate further damage while we waited for the sewer pipe clog to be repaired. The crew was there to do the work only 3 hours after the clog was repaired. The crew was very professional, polite, and hard-working. I was very happy with the work. The price was reasonable. My only complaint is that I had trouble getting an estimate from the sales rep, who wanted to wait to give me a number until her crew actually came out. When pressed, she eventually gave me a range over the phone, which was then consistent with what I was charged. The price was right, the work was good and prompt, and I would call them again.
