We never thought the house was dirty on the outside after only 3 years but we were proven wrong. When Ortiz Pro wash was done it was amazing the difference. The gutters and down spouts are I think cleaner than the day we bought 3 years ago. My wife wants to schedule them for next year already. The best part is the windows. We have windows that face south and are always streaked, well no longer. The concrete drive and paver extension had stains from cars. They cleaned all that and more. THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.

Ortiz Pro Wash did an excellent job power washing our home. They power washed the siding, scrubbed and removed all stains from our gutters, outdoor shower and mailbox and washed the screens and exterior of all our windows - all for a very reasonable price. Communication with Oseas was very good from providing an estimate up front, scheduling the job and confirming our appointment day and time. The crew let us know exactly what was going to be done and then cleaned up all equipment and materials when the job was completed. I will be using them again and would highly recommend their very professional and reliable service!

We chose Ortiz Power Wash for a gutter clean out and flush based on recommendations based on "Refer Me" website. We were most pleased with Josea's professionalism, knowledge and follow through. From my first call to the company, there have been several follow-up calls by Ortiz power washing with answers to my questions, a confirmation call re. the agreed upon appointment time and even a call the day of the appointment stating the time they would be arriving at our home (which was the agreed upon time. I can't tell you how many times we've called people to do a job and either get no call backs at all or they never show etc., etc. Bottom line is that I will be using their company every year for gutter clean-outs and will be considering for other services they perform. We highly recommend Ortiz Pro Wash!!!! Our house is over 100 years old and is sided with cedar clapboard siding, most of which is original. We have always washed it by hand but as we have gotten older that is just too big of a job. At some point in the house's history someone used a power washer on it and destroyed some of the original siding. When we met with Oseas Ortiz he assured us that his softwash process would not damage the siding in any way. He took the time to explain the difference between the softwash process and a power washer (he is very knowledgeable about his service). We decided to give is a shot and the end result was no less than spectacular. The softwash process did a beautiful job with no damage whatsoever....even on the leaded glass windows! The house looks as if it has just been painted and it took him only a couple of hours where it used to take us a week! Ortiz Pro Wash was terrific to work with. Oseas returns calls promptly and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew are respectful of your property and foundation plantings. Very poor customer service showed up and a little pick up to give me an estimate and said he could do it today. Shook hands and agreed-upon it the price was fair to me.
